anyone doing the arena pass this year? I'm slightly confused as to how they're doing it, we can play premade 85's but there's no rewards or anything for it, but then when MoP is released we get premade 90's too? I don't understand why they're letting us in before MoP if there's no real point to it...
anyway I'm going to be taking part in 3v3's with two buddies of mine as warrior/enh shaman/resto shaman (might swap out the warrior for a frost DK, depends how we're doing) but none of us are exactly brilliant, gonna be a fun learning experience

My friend is convinced the 80 dollar keyboard he bought is going to give him an advantage in dps do to the response time being 1 millisecond as compared to a cheap keyboard that has the response time of 8 milliseconds.
Will this really make that big of a difference or has he just wasted a bunch of cash. I am convinced of the latter.
He's wasted cash, if the keyboard has macro keys that he actually uses then he'll probably play a little better, but it's mostly wasted.

a lot of people don't know about armour specializations, for example my cousin bought leather gear for a shaman and after the 2 hour return period only found out that it wasn't at all beneficial

Shaman's regen is actually pretty overpowered I think.
I was healing Madness on Normal one night and I was the only healer not running out of mana by the last phase because there were huge periods of time where I could just spam lightning bolt (which regens mana if you get the talent for it).

That only applies if you have the talent for it and have the time to be able to cast LB. It's instance specific really.

as a holy paladin I'm oom by the second to last platform. however on a Shaman, I never run out of mana
It just suddenly occured to me that nothing was forcing me to play my 85 Shaman, and since I don't want to delete it (Pets, achis and all that) I just realised I can roll a new char and keep it as a sort of "Trophy Character"
