I was talking to my friend about WoW since I'm restarting my sub. He says he doesn't like it because... and I'm serious when I say this... there are people who play the game too much.
Tell him he plays a game too much too, just find out what one.
Just got hot streak after soloing a ret pally and unholy dk.

that warrior must have been laughably bad [editline]21st April 2012[/editline] and the DK
that warrior must have been laughably bad [editline]21st April 2012[/editline] and the DK
While it's painfully obvious why the DK's bad (seriously, did he have any PvP gear at all?), am I missing something regarding the warrior?
people think warriors are some unstoppable op killing machine i guess
It's because blizzard can't balance warriors in PvP, they switch between OP and UP each patch. Warriors scale too well with good weapons and are bad without good weapons.

Which talent tree is best while leveling a hunter? (Level 23 now)
Marks or BM. Marks is probably faster though.
Do I really need to download the beta through this shitty client or are there any mirrors. Also seeing as it's an 18gb download can I move over some of my cata files so it only downloads the difference or something
don't even bother downloading it character copy doesn't work, the realms have queues and are laggy as fuck and you can't get anything done because there's swarms of people everywhere [editline]22nd April 2012[/editline] instead of actually treating annual pass holders well, they should've done beta testing as they did with cataclysm with far less people and then let in all the annual pass people in the last few days as a stress test
oh and I left it to update whilst I do my 6-12 shift and it had a fucking error some point in between gg blizzard
Why on earth is there only 1 beta server for the entire EU region?
u mean the europe country is bigger than america????????
u mean the europe country is bigger than america????????
Yes.
Why on earth is there only 1 beta server for the entire EU region?
I'm going to guess partly underestimating, partly stress testing.
I'm going to guess partly underestimating, partly stress testing.
This is just being dumb. This is one server for all English, German, French and Russian, not even separate ones.
I am on Hamuul (KR) which has players from all over Europe (including Russia) and the US.

Wasnt really buggy for me at all, I had a few crashes and disconnects, but I guess thats normal for a beta.
I'm stacking up on cloth heirlooms and I was wondering which clothie I should try to level to 85 for the sixth time. I've never rolled a cloth user, so I'm not bias towards any class. I'd prefer one that can wreck in PvP (especially the earlier levels with all heirlooms). Healing would be a plus since I think that's an easy way to level up occasionally. I was leaning towards a mage or priest at the moment, 'cause I don't think a warlock is all that fun.
mage

They are, in my understanding, very simple to play with only a couple of abilities you need to know how to use in order to do well. In PvP they are near infamous for having the largest supply of short cd roots in the game, and are the bane of all things melee dps (not to mention having blink, putting 30 yards between you and where you were before). Priests are the class that is designed from the ground up to heal with a good dps spec added in for more flexibility (so they aren't impossible to level outside dungeons). You get this neat shield ability that protects you from x amount of damage and lasts y seconds. Disc spec, along with being a good single target shield healing spec, also has this neat ability called atonement, which allows you to heal as you do dps (heals nearest low-health party member for, depending on points invested, 50% or 100% of damage done using holy fire, smite, etc, or if no one else is around, heals you for 25% or 50% depending on points put in). However, in PvP you tend to be singled out (rogues are your misery, even an undergeared rogue can cut you into tiny pieces of meat). In my understanding shadow spec works kind of like how a warlock does, with dots, drains, etc. Oh, and you also get an aoe fear on a somewhat short CD earlier than anyone else does.

I think I'll go find a Role Play server, would someone like to direct me to the worst, steaming pile of shit brain bleaching RP server on WoW.
If you're in the EU, go to the Argent Dawn.
If you're in the EU, go to the Argent Dawn.
But don't go to Goldshire.
Goldshire is where all of the RP toilets deposit their shit to.
