I got a similar response last week. Resend a similar ticket with more detail and mention you're unsatisfied with the support on the previous ticket.

Where is the best place to level at level 40 for alliance?
Up until now I just followed the "go here" at the end of the quest lines in each area, but I found I leveled too fast and the quests were all green for me in northen stranglethorn.
Where should I go for the fastest leveling?
edit: keep in mind I am on a pvp server, so a place where I won't get ganked like crazy is preferable.

edit: keep in mind I am on a pvp server, so a place where I won't get ganked like crazy is preferable.[/QUOTE] you could go to Thousand Needles, hard chance you will be stumbling upon any horde considering you will be roaming in a boat through the sea a lot and after that zone when you're level 45, you can just continue down to Tanaris which has some great quests for huge amount of XP. however you might stumble across hordes more often there.

You know despite me being 82-84, I never went to the maelstrom.

Their support phone is so damn useless. Been having issues and have tried calling all week and the phone is busy every damn time.
That's why you wait in the queue they put you in. They usually don't take long. And once you get on with them, the support is always really good.

It's always "full" just keep trying until someone picks up the phone.
How am i seeing some warriors in arms spec with a 2H casting shockwave? Is there a macro to switch your talents instantly in combat and cast it and then switch back or some shit? As far as i know you can't instantly change your talents in combat

Gah, I sent someone a scroll of resurrection a while back, but it's now been >7 days since they accepted the free game time, which means they haven't paid for a month, and I don't get the fancy mount :(

My friend couldn't cancel his own subscription till the 5 of march meaning he is one day over the Scroll of Ressurection limit, so we called them up and explained how the bank or something wouldn't handle it at the time and the help desk guy interupted him and just shouted "[B]NO EXCEPTIONS ON THE SCROLL OF RESSURECTION IM SORRY[/B]" ... fucking blizzard

If they made exceptions where they would allow it if it was only a day over the allowed 4th of march, the allowed date wouldn't be the 4th of march, it would be the 5th of march.
Tbh it's not unreasonable for them to have a no-exceptions policy on it. They might not even be capable of making the exception on their software (or even if they can, it might take considerable time / effort) since I'm sure it's designed to be almost entirely automated.

No that's not what I mean - I mean he canceled his subscription a day later because his Credit Card was locked or something and Blizzard knew that cos he filled a complaint about it so they canceled it the day after, but what I was complaning about was the customer support just yelled "[B]NO EXCEPTIONS"[/B] and hung up
