i'd say buy 60/70 pvp set if you want, they cost few honor and last very long but you will shortly after find items just as good too. just don't spend your honor on the 80 set, it costs a lot and the gear you get 80-85 is way better which would result a waste so save your honor to 85 instead.
Haven't played since WoTLK, how's the Forsaken starting zone now? Still got that morbid sense of humour as always, or has it changed?

The Forsaken starting zone and the whole leveling loop in northern Eastern Kingdoms is pretty great. One of the highlights of Cataclysm imo.

I'm not sure why you would wait. The amount of activities you can do at 85 will drop a lot as everyone will be doing the level 90 content, and you will get wrecked in bg's because you will be in the 85-89 bracket.

Ugh. Going on an achievement run to get all midsummer achievements but I'm not sure about some parts:
-Which capitals do you need to steal the flame from in the quest (Wich I have no idea how to get so I just do the parts invidually) "A thief's Reward"
-How many blossoms do you need for the whole midsummer set
-What is the whole midsummer set

I have a non-internet WoW playing friend but he is a blood elf hunter on destromath that only does random battlegrounds.
Destromath is a terrible place.
Someone sent me a scroll of resurrection. Does anybody know if you can make a new character and then use the scroll to upgrade the newly created character to level 80 with all the perks?

Yes. You can claim the time, then make a char then claim rest of the 'rewards'.
Also the only quests I have left now to complete my "Complete all midsummer quests goal" is the one you go to all capitals and steal the flame (Undercity: Done, couldn't find one in Silvermoon sadly) and the one when you need to get to all the burning thingies and honor the flame+put out the other factions flame.
