Halo 3 doesn't require any map packs anymore, unless you wanna play the double experience weekends. Don't forget to download the free maps though.
My GT is Explosisaurus. I don't have connection yet but I have Halo 3 so sometime in the holiday when I get the new Xbox.

Not that I'm in the bandwagon of hate for COD or the Playstations.

ODST would have been better if you want to play against people, considering it contains a disk with every map on it. Although if you're in it for the campaign, then it was an alright choice you made. Although, I would have waited for Reach. Halo 3 was good, but I got bored of it quickly. I only played as long as I did be cause that's, like, all my friends played...

Nope, i just got one from the store, it includes the Halo ODST disc with the SP and firefight, AND a Multiplayer halo disc with all maps from Halo 3.
