It most likely will happen. The GZ trailer was running on a PC.
MGS3 got a camera upgrade. You can play with it old style, or with full maneuverability like in MGS4. All you have to do to switch between them is click L3 (or R3...which ever one is used to control the camera).
That's not new, it's been around since MGS:Subsistence.
Slowly, slowly getting all the S-ranks for every mission in Peace Walker. Worst thing is definitely all the Vehicle Missions, only got about 7 of those to go thank god. Only problem is the tanks can 1-shot me, even with Battle Armor on.
laughing octopus was the hottest one [editline]10th December 2012[/editline] plus her backstory was the best too
And also the most entertaining to fight, closely followed by Crying Wolf. Raging Raven and Screaming Mantis were fucking horrible on Extreme difficulty though.

Might do a quick playthrough on MGS3 and get Markhor rank.
That's not new, it's been around since MGS:Subsistence.
I don't remember being able to do that when I played Subsistence :v: It's been a while. I mean when I first picked up the HD collection (Back in April I believe) and when I last played the PS2 essentials collection, it was like probably over a year or two since I last played them.
When I played MGS 2 on PS2 ages ago, I was sooo confused at that part near the end where [sp] Zero goes all weird and you are walking around naked and everything seems to have gone full retard :v: [/sp]

I can't do those because my guys get decimated and I don't like having to rebuild zeke
Well that shit sounds fun. About how far in to Peace Walker is it? I've only played up to like the second tank mission because I had trouble getting in to it. Such a different MGS.

Do you guys think that this thread should also be used for other Kojima projects?
Do you guys think that this thread should also be used for other Kojima projects?
Are all the Metal Gear Solid games not enough to talk about? :v: How many of us have really played anything else from Kojima besides MGS? Also, I was reading a trophy guide for MGS4...big slap to the face. I didn't know you had to get every single fucking emblem to get all the iPod tracks. Chicken is by far the most annoying to get. I got it when I first played the game because back then I didn't know that continues, alerts, etc. where a big deal. Plus I sucked, so it took me forever to beat the game. I did kind of a similar run for my first run with the trophy patch. I got the required amount of continues to get the corpse camo, but I don't think I met the other requirements for the chicken emblem. The run did clock in over 30 hours though...but I don't think it was over 35, which is the amount of hours for chicken. Looks like my next run will be an emblem farming run....not going to be very fun but it will be damn rewarding when I get the Platinum like 7 months from now :v:
Are all the Metal Gear Solid games not enough to talk about? :v: How many of us have really played anything else from Kojima besides MGS?
I'm just wondering if its ok to talk about some ZoE stuff without making a new thread that would die before reaching the second page.
I'm just wondering if its ok to talk about some ZoE stuff without making a new thread that would die before reaching the second page.
Might be worth doing one since the HD collection just came out and I'm sure there's a fair few people who have wanted to play ZoE but couldn't until now.
On Act 4 of MGS 4 atm. Oh my God [sp] Shadow Moses is so awesome! Brings back so many memories. Love this game [/sp]
I don't know about you, but the shittons of scarabs completely ruined it for me, I fucking hate those goddamned bastards.
Oh, I agree with that. I meant in general, the place is so awesome, if you put aside the fucking million of those retarded things. I bought a shotgun and bunch of ammo and destroyed every single one.
I don't know about you, but the shittons of scarabs completely ruined it for me, I fucking hate those goddamned bastards.
Chaff grenade.

Also you will die as soon as you leave the area of effect or the effect ends on higher difficulties.
There's so much shit you can do to them.... Chaff Shoot them with a lethal weapon Shoot them with the tranq Not walk in to their laser sight Be stealthy and wear corpse camo and play dead if you know they going to "see" you Gekkos can be brought down with the tranq with like 5 rounds to their legs. Legs specifically. Shooting the head does nothing with the tranq. It's the FROG soldiers that are the annoying ones imo.
Gekkos can be brought down with the tranq with like 5 rounds to their legs. Legs specifically. Shooting the head does nothing with the tranq.
I never got why the characters in the cutscenes always shoot at the head. It's very obvious that the legs are the Gekkos' weakspot.

Can't wait for more mind-fucking media to send us on an even crazier goose chase. I hope they start giving us an estimate release date soon, the two trailers so far are really throwing too many questions at us.
because their brains and mental status are fried.
theres also a connection between this and how meryl acted when under the control of psycho mantis hint hint speaking of, i would love a game about a psychic investigator that jumps into the minds of killers and then is only revealed to be a game about psycho mantis near the very end.

He may do it much quicker than your estimate, but I wouldn't mind playing another 20 hours of PW!
http://gematsu.com/2012/12/next-famitsu-to-have-something-surprising-for-mgs-fans Oh fuck oh fuck
This can be very good or very bad. If it's to do with the Ground Zeroes/Phantom Pain/MGS5 side of things, my bet's on very good.
