So anybody else excited to play as Wack'o'Jacko? Revengeance is starting to look really good.
It's just like one of my Japanese animes.
well gee, I wonder why they've been making allusions to Casshern then
probably another unintuitive and obscure (and totally unexplained) basic mechanic just like shooting while running
Or shooting from cover in MGS2 or 3.

But i've changed my mind now, does look pretty awesome, and a bit of Devil Trigger never hurt anyone. As long as it has a decent explanation.
Looking forward to playing the Revengeance demo on Jan 22!
As long as it has a decent explanation.
Nanomachines. [editline]15th January 2013[/editline] :v:

The re-emergance of raidens psychopathic jack-the-ripper personality from the liberian civil war.
Nanomachines. [editline]15th January 2013[/editline] :v:
To be perfectly honest, i didn't mind the whole, "the future is nanomachines shit", it wasn't that bad. But the problem was using it as an explanation for already established characters and abilities, like Vamp. Although i can't really see another way of killing him, maybe the imprisonment approach would have been better, nah the patriots wouldn't have any of that. In the end (paraphrasing two best friends), Raiden vs Vamp was pretty cool because it was a battle of supernatural vs skill. Then cyber ninja Raiden came along and it was another cool battle of technology vs supernatural, which turned out to be technology. So all along it was really technology vs technology. Damn Kojima, you can do better than that. But honestly, does anyone have any ideas for how the Vamp situation could be resolved without "Nanomachines"?
Im going to make some predictions for MGR: Revengeance: [sub] For the bosses, you'll fight them in this order: -Monsoon. You'll need to seperate the pieces permanently. -Sundowner. You'll need to attack him from behind, due to his physical strength. -Mistral. You'll need to evade her arm attacks and use it against her somehow. -The New Metal Gear Prototype. You'll need to climb onto it and hack it to bits one bit at a time. -Sam. You'll fight him as if you're fighting another Raiden. After each fight, you'll get a weapon from them. There will be quite a few swords to choose from. There will be unlockable costumes besides the DLC suits, probably from MGS2 and maybe MGS4.[/sub]
Finally, my mousepad came in. [img_thumb]http://filesmelt.com/dl/IMAG01665.jpg[/img_thumb]
I want Mr. X's suit.
Gray Fox Mr. X Mgs4 Raiden Anyone else?
The best part was that he was a member of NASA's special forces. NASA'S. SPECIAL. FORCES.
Fucking amazing.
Terrible directing. Everything was way too exaggerated, and that's saying something for metal gear. Robbed it of any poignancy. [editline]15th January 2013[/editline] It's just like one of my Japanese animes.
i like the theories that twin snakes is how otacon imagined shadow moses or that its like a movie about the shadow moses incident.
The best part was that he was a member of NASA's special forces. NASA'S. SPECIAL. FORCES.
Spacial Forces, you might say. I'll be here all week.
i like the theories that twin snakes is how otacon imagined shadow moses or that its like a movie about the shadow moses incident.
My favorite is theory that it's Raiden's VR training of shadow moses.
So, i had a realization today. I somehow got a friend into Sanity Not Included, and saw the thing from MGS4 again. "In MGS2 [sp]Otacon admits to fucking his own mom. Seriously."[/sp] I honest to god thought that was a joke until now. How was Johnny able to take part in two terrorist attacks on military installations and still be able to land a job in a US Military special forces unit
How was Johnny able to take part in two terrorist attacks on military installations and still be able to land a job in a US Military special forces unit
Also one of his ancestors was a prison guard for the Brezhnev faction in 1964.
How was Johnny able to take part in two terrorist attacks on military installations and still be able to land a job in a US Military special forces unit
Low requirements in the Special Forces?
How was Johnny able to take part in two terrorist attacks on military installations and still be able to land a job in a US Military special forces unit
After the Shadow Moses incident he decided he would look for work as a merc, so he joined the Gurlukovich mercenaries. After that hit the fan he was drafted into a pmc or some shit like every other soldier. Then foxhound decided to use him as a wild card because he [sp]pussied out on all essential military injections so he has no nanomachines.[/sp]
