Alright, which Op have you gotten to?
I can't beat the Peace Walker II mission. I'm carrying 3 rocket launchers and I use up all my supply markers and the boss still has 3 healthbars left. Is this supposed to be a co-op only mission?

It most definitely would require two. It doesn't outright say it but a lot of missions are CO-OP focused.
That said, what launchers do you have?

I'm using the gustav, rpg7, and law. This is the only mission I have left to beat at the moment.

I just beat that, you definately need coop partners, you can't do this without it since it soaks up so much damage. S ranked it on first try (with others of course) which is quite nice.
i beat it by myself with gustav, rpg7, and the assault rifle
battle suit made it ok
I've done it solo with a LMG and LAW's, And a few supply and artillery markers.
I'm in this game.
Ya this is impossible solo with this equipment. Even when my law does 22,000 damage, it still takes at least 10 shots to take one bar of health down.

I tried doing the mission with law, m60(ap), and gustav. Never missed a shot on the AI pod and used up all of my supply drops. The boss still has 4 health bars left.

The MG34 is nice for Peace Walker 2, since it fires more rounds quicker than the M60.

Bad or Badab Primaris is the second planet in the Badab system, located in the Ultima Segmentum, close to the Maelstrom warp rift.
You can get there through warp space probably.
I wish Steam or GOG would sell MGS1. Would prefer to have a digital copy seeing as how my ps2 is having issues.
I'm starting (for the first time) MGS3. I started on Very Easy and I plan to work my way up gradually once I get better. I heard the MGS series is pretty difficult first time around.

Well technically this isnt my first time playing but I've been absolutely shit.
I started on normal in MGS and MGS2.
Starting on very easy mode gave me the EZ gun. Basically a tranq gun with infinite ammo, a laser sight and it also lessens my camo index.
Looks like I know what I'm using :v:
why would you ever play a mgs on very easy mode
i never play mgs games on the easiest difficulty
no challenge whatsoever
