That and Steve Blum as Gene. Ironically, Steve Blum then also plays Galvez/Zadornov in Peace Walker.
Steve Blum should play everyone
here's to you
Nicola and Bart
[sp]First, do I have to know who/what the la-li-lu-le-lo is already? [/sp]
The reason everyone calls [sp]the patriots[/SP] the [sp]la-li-lu-le-lo[/sp] is that [sp]nanomachines censor it out, thus raiden hears everyone say la-li-lu-le-lo, people without new gen nanomachines like snake or drebin in mgs 4 aren't subjected to this[/sp]
Steve Blum should play everyone
He usually does.
Also, what's the song in the GZ trailer? Here's to you, but what version?
So I just completed my no-kill run of MGS3 and checked the end-game stats
People killed: 1
I nearly flipped my table right there. I think I know when it happened too, I accidentally CQC threw a guy off a bit of a height up in the mountains.
Steve Blum should play everyone
My favorite game to play is to play a game and count how many different characters (including random enemies) steve blum voices.

Also Nolan North.

then why is it that you can hear people calling them that through the course of the game?

I think[sp]the nanomachines also cause people to say it differently.[/sp]
i did a nonlethal run of mgs3 on hard mode, was pretty easy
ofc, it was hard and not extreme (3ds version)

rest forever here in our heaaaaaarts
I just called up a friend on skype and we just sang Snake Eater out of nowhere.
This is how you know that you have a great friend.
So how about them Metal Gears?
What I always found strange is how Metal Gear Zeke is the first metal gear, so why is it named Zeke?
Shouldn't it just be named metal gear?
And then they also made a metal gear just named metal gear, which makes it even more confusing.
Ofcourse, all of this is in-universe complaints, since MG1 was made way earlier than MGSPW, but couldn't they just have named MGZ something like MG Prototype or MG0.5 or something?
Zeke isn't the first Metal Gear. Granin already coined the term, and in Portable Ops we encounter [sp]the Inter-Continental Ballistic Metal Gear (ICBMG) and the test model, Metal Gear RAXA.[/sp]

Well I haven't played Portable Ops (I don't own a PSP) and while Granin had coined the term, he hadn't built one.
Wasn't sokolov the first one to mention it?
Wasn't sokolov the first one to mention it?
No, that's what Granin was talking about when he said that his concept for a bipedal tank is far superior to Sokolov's Shagohod.
Yeah, you're right. Silly me, I thought it was snake/sokolov who called it metal gear when snake first saw the shagohod.
I just finished MGS2. This is seriously one of the greatest games I've ever played. Can't wait to dive into MGS3.

If you thought MGS2 was the best game you played...
Well i mean, yeah you're going to like, cum jizzle explode over MGS3.

But [sp] in the Raiden campaign, especially when he was talking with President, didn't he say multiple times "Patriots" without it being censored? And multiple other times, I'm sure as fuck heard people talking "Patriots" instead of la-li-lu-le-lo, too [/sp]

Not everybody has speech restrictions.
Jesus Christ just finished MGS2, what a thrill
Major spoilers: [sp]That plot twist hnng, I fucking lost it at "the twelve patriots are already dead" though. Also, with Solidus being killed by raiden, wouldn't this mean that GW achieved what it wanted? Is GW still active, or did it "die" when it landed on Manhattan? Also lost it when the whole thing was a plan to test S3's capabilities oh God.[/sp]
So the MGS2 night... was all going well until the fatman boss fight. "drink every time you defuse a bomb". Motherfucking fatman. Then it was going okay, we were incredibly drunk, and then it got to that
FUCKING METAL GEAR RAY BOSS BATTLE.
"drink every time a metal gear ray is defeated"
I was playing and I fucking died twice (co-ordination is hard when drunk), so we ended up defeating 33 Rays for a total of 3 cans of magners each in the space of about 20 minutes on top of our inebriation. On the plus side, everyone was convinced that they understood the ending 100%.
Anyway, next week is MGS3, so that's gonna have some fucking amazing drinking rules for it.
I wish I had friends like yours.

[sp]Yes. GW wanted Raiden to kill Solidus, like Snake killed Big Boss, as a part of the Shadow Moses recreation.
GW and all the other Patriot AIs are still active, as proven by the codec call from 'Rose' and 'Campbell' before the fight with Solidus.[/sp]
