My favorite part about SNATCHER is how SNATCHER is always capitalized. It's like whenever someone brings up SNATCHERS in conversation, they're shouting,
quiet metal, I think I heard a SNATCHER
no that's how a ku klux klan says it

Liquid is awesome.
Ocelot is more awesome
Liquid Ocelot is just something else entirely.

Co-op with the other players playing as the other Cobra members
The Sorrow would probably suck to play as though, you'd just float around and stuff.

The Sorrow would be the game's Campbell aka the person you call on the radio when you need general advice.
Just decided to look up some stuff behind the song that appears in the Ground Zeroes trailer (Here's to you) and it was about two guys known as Ferdinando Nicola Sacco and Bartolomeo Vanzetti who were executed in a controversial trial. And more MGS related
In 2008, the video game Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots contained in its end credits the song Here's To You released in 1971 as part of the soundtrack of the film Sacco e Vanzetti. In the game's original ending, the two main characters, Solid Snake and Otacon, were supposed to be executed for war crimes that they did not commit. Despite the change in its ending, the song remained. The song may also be relevant due to the situation surrounding The Boss, and to a lesser extent Big Boss.[217]
The song was recently in the released game-play trailer for Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes.[218]

I know I am probably late as fuck, but I never knew there was a different ending. Kojima sure loves symbolism :v:

Hey man, the Cobra Unit wasn't evil.
Should I play MGS4 before Peace Walker?
Should I play MGS4 before Peace Walker?
I'm not sure it really matters. I'd do MGS4 first anyway though.
i havent played mgs4 yet but that would have been a cool ending
I would play the games in chronological order.
MGS3, Peace Walker, MGS1, MGS2, MGS4.
But that's just me maybe.
beat mgs3 twice, at the liquid hind battle now in mgs1

I would do it by number simply to see how the games have improved technologically and to actually understand the references made in MGS 3.
Here's me in my MSF outfit I wore for halloween

Only thing is that I didn't have any gear to wear other than a Makarov holster and I didn't have an olive drab uniform so instead I wore tiger stripe and m81 woodland.
Just tried playing Peace Walker again, got to Tank Battle: T-72U, and it is impossible for me to finish, no matter what I do I either get killed or run out of ammo and supply beacons.
I just got the Platinum trophy for MGS3 HD. Besides having to shoot all the Kerotans (the fucking motorcycle sequence is the worst), it wasn't that challenging. The best part was tranquilizing The Boss in the last five seconds, just as the song "Snake Eater" ended.

All of these mission suck as the only way to properly finish them is kidnapping damn guards.
I think I'm going to attempt finishing MGS3 on European Extreme... with No Face Camo and only Naked Camo (With the exception of the part(s) where camo is required to progress through the game.) Wish both me and my sanity luck.
Just to sweeten the deal, absolutely no use of lethal weaponry, not even for hunting. I won't be Big Boss, I'm going to be Big Carebear.

Big Boss' smile in MGS3 always looks really off
it looks great
[editline]30th October 2012[/editline]
really devious and almost cheeky
MGS2 snake looked even more weird
like his lips are just indescribable
I especially like his smirk when Ocelot attempts the eye gouge on the plane.

Walk backwards the entire time too, just to make it more impossible than it's already going to be.
