It's funny because T3-4 takes more skill than higher tiers, which we all know normal clan wars don't go below T10.

Did I ever say the tier restrictions were dumb? No. I was referring to 4 landing zones for the all of the clans, and not just the established ones, but all of the ones that come out of the woodwork (like FP) to try their hand at the gold. Do you realize how long the landing tournaments are going to go on in the first phase of the event?
Not to mention, the small amount of land means there's even less room for the clans even a notch below the top clans.
Now, I'll admit I'm not a fan of tier 3 limit, but that's not my main problem with this event.

today has been the worst wot day since the first day i played
my god the E50 stock grind is terrible
~100k xp until a gun that can actually do something
So that land grab begins on a thursday morning.
Thats fairly inconvient. I have class that morning and my brother is stuck at school.

I do, on that fuck yeaH I just researched the top gun for the KV1S! That said umm I need to grind some credits now to buy that long 122mm lol, using the short 122mm with gold cost me so much credits.
Also I can tell you my experience with the short 122mm, NOT BAD, not bad at all. It is surprisingly accurate, and it also has lower aim time and faster reload than the long 122mm, so at some situations its actually better. The only problem though I can find is that because the shell is very slow, the shell acts kind of like a SPG shell would do.
Cruiser IIIs are also good with their 3.7 inch howitzer.
