It's a tier 10 vehicle, and it would still have all the issues of a light tank.
Oh yay, next game, hit my SU-26 again. 75% health gone in the first fucking shot Cripples my engine so all I have to do is wait 3 seconds and I get finished off by the same SU-26.

Komarin had a tenancy for shitpubs to rush cap and leave everyone without XP because of poor flag placement, and if there was arty everyone would just camp behind cover for the majority of the match, lest they get fucking owned by that bastard SU-14 sitting in the back corner. Scouts had no way to penetrate enemy lines because the only way to get to the enemies side of the map was across 3 bridges, which were typically blocked because of shitpubs getting owned on the bridges. Swamps more or less has the same problem, camp till the last 3 minutes then get killed by artillery. If you want a ram panzer get a panther II or an E-50.

Okay so, 5 games in a row now. I've been killed by an SU-26. That last game, 2 SU-26s on the enemy team. End of the round, 1 SU had 6 kills, the other had 4 and the other t57 arty had 1. So 11 kills from arty. Not overpowered though.
That reminds me, what the hell would the Americans get? M551? Please no, no, [B]nooooooooo[/B] I don't want a tank that goes 70 kph to spam 152mm HEAT shells into my engine deck.

No real turret means it has to expose a portion of its hull when peaking out for a shot, not to mention depression and elevation. [/QUOTE] I think tanks designed from the ground up at day one with composite and ERA armour and high calibre modern smoothbore guns that would make any armour in the game totally irrelevant are the limits of what we're getting. Some of the "super cool" tanks we've got did have these features but only in later models and revisions and as WG likes to say "proven" to not have these things in early prototypes or original production models. I'd like to think most of the things we find and suggest in this thread would be possible, its just WGayming have their own ideas.

Trundling along in Churchill VII with a Lowe beside me due to awful matchmaking enemy team has two hummels, oh boy I think spot cromwell, proceed to shoot the everloving fuck out of it I and Lowe quickly retreat behind the nearest arty-proof cover, Lowe is hit in the tracks but manages to slip right in just in time the Hummel rounds approach, one slams into the Lowe's turret, massive damage but still alive second round lands just under a meter behind my Churchill WE'VE HAD IT, LET'S GET OUT OF HERE Hummel oneshotted my Churchill VII without even hitting it Arty is fair and balanced
