This one does have some weird features, like those 2 welded plates on the side to make the glacis look like one flat piece of metal. Where was this taken? If it's that one tank movie prop museum/warehouse in Russia they probably modified it (along with the gun) to look like some other tank.

Turns out it's a perfectly normal IS-2M m1944 with a fake gun made out of tubing and some muzzle brake cut from a slightly bigger gun with a blowtorch. It's also at the "Glory Hill Memorial" near Minsk, maybe it's near WG's HQ :v:

I actually enjoy encounter on a few maps. It almost guarantees that Malinovka doesn't become a massive camp-fest, unless they have loads of arty.
