Played 2 different games with 7-8 tier arty. 1 game arty had 13 kills in total, second game 15 kills.

1. Most likely unless they have a sudden change of heart.
2. No CW until they decide to have CW again.
3. Wiping the map was confirmed (although they may or may not actually wipe the map), as to the events, who knows. Perhaps they will give up on this silly event thing and just release the entire map at tier 10 and make every territory a LZ for the first day. If they don't change a thing about the event and simply restart it, then the same "issues" will come up and the same (or similar) result will happen (as in, the big clans get the prize and the little clans get nothing).

I'm almost happy about this. If it came down to picking between writing my Econ short paper and tier 3 CW, I'd be failing Econ right now.

Although, if they restart the event just because you could chip landing zones 2 hour early, that's kind of dumb.

eh, there's a difference between hundreds of small clans bitching, and three or four large clans bitching, even if wargaming has shown blatant favoritism for large clan monopolies.

I'm not sure what you're getting at? That the small clans are more important because they are more of the player base? Because I get that, but what some of the people in small clans want is retarded.
Some people have actually said they want the top 3, 5, 20, 25, etc... clans excluded from the events. Really, the only legitimate problem with the event was that you could chip in early (by two hours), but that affected all of the clans so...
If you want to beat the good clans, do it by bettering yourself, not by getting WG to exclude your competition.
Now to begin the long and painful grind towards my Panzer IV.
How does free exp work with a premium tank? I have my T14, and I get exp using it, but it goes towards my crew, and I think a certain percentage goes towards free exp.
So, again, how does it work?
The same as any other tank. If you have gold you can turn the xp on your tank to free xp.
