It's just a count of how many times you get "battle hero" awards (i.e. top gun).
There's one for practically everything. Spotting. Capping. etc.
It's a medal awarded for being awarded medals.

I didn't even complain at the guy who killed me. I said I was playing stupid because I've only just got the tank. Also this guy had a lower efficiency than me and called me a premium noob for having an SU-122. He owns a type59
Okay, is there some sort of setting, or mod, or something, that makes it so that when you go from 3rd person to sniper mode, your default is fully zoomed out?
I've had one too many times where I've gone to sniper mode in a close quarter battle, just to sneak in a shot at the enemy's weak spot, only to find myself fully zoomed in and aiming at a vague texture that isn't the enemy. Panic ensues, and I die quickly.
Oh, and just why the fuck do some of my shots go really, really high when I'm in 3rd person view? I'll be aiming at some guy, circling them, then just when I fire my cannon will flick upwards to aim at the sky. Why??

Well the first one is German, but anyway, complaining about vulnerabilities in light tanks is rather pointless. Any bounces or zero damage criticals you get are luck, not any sort of armour. Besides which, aimed shots are kinda hard with light.tanks, as you have to lead the target, not aim at a particular spot.

Steam does the same exact thing in regards to locking accounts when there is a lack of payment.
