So I guess the 90mm really makes a difference?

Yes, it's a lot better than the M1A2.

let me explain this to you
my hellcat fears no tier 7 and few tier 8s with the 90 (as far as penetration goes; I can easily pen side armor or IS series funky angled frontal armor sometimes.)
it becomes a zillion times better with the 90 to the point where I've fought tier 8s alone and won before

American tanks in general, going from the 76mm to the 90mm is incredible. It's like getting the long 88 as Germans.
Tier for tier the 90mm M3 is one of my favorite guns in the game.
Just saw an SU-8 hit a Jagdtiger 8.8
949 damage, plus I'm guessing a module or crew hit.
not op at all
I have no idea what gun i should be using on the churchill I. Help? I am willing to use silver on gold rounds if that helps.

Uh, shouldn't be that hard?

Are you stock? If so then just use the pounder use with glod ammo until you get the turret, then just go from there?

It's a straight line with the guns. There is no branching.
The fuck are you drinking? :v:
[editline]30th January 2013[/editline]
Of course you use the last gun, it has the best pen and dmg.
fuck I am so mad. I used to have a 52% WR but I'm down to a 50% and almost 49%. My efficiency continues to go up though. What really makes me mad is that I gave seemingly forgot how to play some of my tanks, like the Super Pershing. I used to wreck shit in that thing, but my last few matches I have gotten frustrated enough to punch my keyboard(and break a key) :v:

This exact same thing is happening to me (except my efficient dropped by 5 after my win loss dropped 2%
Same rage too, though now I just look for an is camping at base or something and channel the rage at them.

Where can you see that info?

Oh man... Vk3601 was actually fun, even with the short 88. The Tiger felt like a downgrade... but when I got the long 88 for my tiger after the painful Tiger Short 88 grind, I shot it once and busted a nut. With short 88, you fear the IS. Long 88, it fears you (and so does everything else short of a T29 and maybe KV-3)

I never thought of the Tiger to be ever a threatening tank honestly.
I always found the Tiger P to be more of a threat when I faced it because of the frontal armour. At range it can be hard to hit the cupola.
I never thought of the Tiger to be ever a threatening tank honestly.
That's the point, no one thinks it's threat, but it really is. It has a lot of HP, a great gun, and can actually bounce with good angles; and that's just when I played it before the normalization changes.
I really should rebuy my tiger one of these days (in the back of my mind there's a voice yelling at me for wanting to spend more credits I don't have).
I never thought of the Tiger to be ever a threatening tank honestly.
I was but a nub with my first tier 7 and I had not yet realized the full potential of german heavies, even with the long 88 (though that thing is a nutbuster as previously told). Then I came up on another tiger driver. He had his tank diagonal to mine, almost like a diamond looking at my square. When I tried to shoot his side, he turned to make the angle shallower (more likely to bounce). Aimed at his front and he did the opposite. And I just bounced my HP away til I nearly died.
And then I understood how trolly German heavies can be. If I can ever figure out how my movie software works I'll put a video up sometime. I think WG shows the same kind of "diamond" shit in the video about the Tiger II.
Out of the currently available tier 8 premiums, which one shits the most silver? I've already got the Super Pershing, and I quite like it, but I really don't want to be playing the one tank for hours on end.

I bought the t34 a couple days ago, it has earned me quite a bit.
I have several premiums, but tend to play the one that has a crew I need to train up. SU-122-44 is the most fun and very good value compared to the Tier 8s. Also bear in mind that if you play with premium account the percentage difference in earnings narrows quite a bit.
Wow you guys are right about the hellcat with the 90mm.
It's fucking great.

I don't see the FCM 50t on that list. As a cheese eating surrender monkey, I must know how well that tank fairs against the others!

If I had to guess I'd put the FCM50t on #4 under the lowe above the SP.

It is in 7th place.
- SerB considers the winrate of a player to be the indicator of that player's skill
- SerB confirmed the fact that when the arty branches are prolonged to tier 10, various arty branches will have new machines inserted on various tiers (SS: eg logically, it's not sure T7 will go to T9 and T8 to T10 automatically)
- 15vs15 companies won't be cancelled according to SerB, they make a great training ground for the CWs
- looks like the Fog of War won't be in randoms after all
- the devs don't introduce a bigger number of low-tier premiums into the game (despite having them prepared in advance) because sometimes, the vehicle designed to be premiums are used to "patch up" the holes in regular trees and to supplement upcoming branches
- it's not totally excluded for 3 branches of the same class to exist in one tree
- the spare tracks mounted on hulls/turrets of the ingame vehicles do not count as armor
- the 59-16 Chinese LT has an autoloader on its top gun. At the same time it can mount a rammer. The rammer reduceds the autoloader loading time, not time between shots - and it's not a bug
- tier 10 TD's have lower MM weight than tier 10 heavies
- Q: "Do you plan to improve the premium account by allowing to buy shorter period premium account?" A: "Yes, we are currently thinking about allowing the player to buy one second and one milisecond premium" :)
Woah, I had no idea the JT88 was so good for creds

I would suggest Type 59 if that ever goes on sale again. Otherwise, T34

It's because the ammo costs are so low I think.

Got the M103 back after quick-grinding to the T34 for a free premium. Now I've accidentally grinded to the E5... nowhere near enough credits for it.
