I just finished Shizune but now I'm stuck. I don't have the motivation to do Lilly but if I don't I'll be burned as a heretic! Lose-Lose situation. My lack of motivation has to do with Shizune's rather weak amount of closure.

Well Lilly definitely has an ending with a positive look to the future, good ending of course. If you are in it for the romance, there shouldn't be too much disappointment with the ending.

Lilly's arc is without a doubt the best, especially if you get the good ending.

Don't worry, Lilly's ending is much better than Shizune's. That alone should be enough as a motivation. :)

I'm already liking Lilly's much better and I'm only in Act II. But because of the [sp]family connection between Shizune and Lilly[/sp] I find playing Shizune next to Lilly is a lot more fascinating.

Also, I received a fair bit of hating in other threads, I'm really glad there are some awesome people around here!

I play Battlefield, Command and Conquer, Halo and have watched Team America too many times to count but even I found the game to be... magical. Jump in with an open mind and play it in a quiet place. I only picked it up a week ago but it's absolutely fascinating.
Just make sure you don't go for any [sp]manly picnics.[/sp] That'll ruin it really fast.

Looking over this thread, I am seeing the flaws of Shizune's route, but I feel that they were somewhat necessary. As someone pointed out before, [sp]Hisao can only say "Can you be my girlfriend" because his sign isn't good enough[/sp].

Also, newsflash: not all girls are passionate/happy/shy/~so deep~ all the time. She's serious. If you haven't met any girls like that and made friends with them, you haven't lived. THEY'RE the interesting ones.
