Katawa Shoujo v2 - "Why can't I hold all these feels?" - Games

I can't help but think I didn't like Rin's arc as much as I would've expected. I really like the writing, and I find it particularly fitting how Hisao [sp]gets frustrated with her incapacity of communicating anything[/sp], because that's exactly how I felt myself during much of her arc. I suppose that might be a point in its favor depending on how you look at it.

I might play it again and do one of the others, but I don't feel like I pushed the story towards Emi. After she comes into things it just felt like how I was supposed to go forwards, really.

I like Lilly's and Rin the most, then Hanako > Emi/Shizune. The entire time I was going through those routes my heart was fucking pounding (lol). I liked Hanako too a lot, but not as much as Rin/Lilly. Shizune and Misha's problems seemed kind of shoe-horned in, and I didn't like Emi that much as a character.

Rin was the best in the beginning. I can understand someone getting disinterested throughout it because it loses that charm and was more about her fucking with your emotions and keeping you guessing to the point where I sympathized with Hisao [sp]yelling at her.[/sp] Shizune was just..... Misha was a better character fuck you guys. Emi bitched too much about her [sp]dead dad[/sp] from what I can recall. Hanako lost her ENTIRE FAMILY and HALF OF HER BODY and she still loved you even if she did have a lot of emotional issues. Hanako wasn't bad in my opinion. Could have been better, but it could have been EXTREMELY WORSE. Lilly had her share of goodness in my opinion even if it was extremely cliched towards the middle and end it still tugged those heart strings when [sp]Hisao got the fuck up and ran after her[/sp]

What i find annoying is that I can't go back and see the act slides. Any one know where to find em?

Found out that a friend of mine plays KS in school today. Another Lilly & Hanako bro. And then we couldnt stop talking and laughing about how another friend of mine is like a real life copy of Kenji. Looks alike, talk alike, his standing stance is also simillar and frequently I end up reading kenjis dialogue in his voice. :v:

Particularly when I was doing Hanako's route.

I found it hard doing all the routes other than Lilly and Hanko's route because I felt bad for Hanako not getting any character developement like she did in Lilly/Hanako's route.

I pretty much consider it the 2nd worst behind Shizune's. Not because Hanako's a bad character or anything it's just that the entirety of her character is defined by social awkwardness and scars, other than that you learn like, nothing about her.

Even if I didnt' like Hanako's route, I'd still feel bad for her character not getting developed and not working out her problems.
