Avatar sucked and there is already a game out for it. Why do you want to make another one?
Heres some advice OP: when you don't have any concept art, map designs, unit concepts, plot ideas, or any logical plans, make a "Mod Concept" thread, not a thread resembling one of an actual mod.
Not only that, but this seems horrible anyway.
Ok quick tip so you don't get bashed like you have just been. When you make these kind of threads, showing off idea's, or asking for help, etc etc. Be sure to do some work beforehand. So lets say your a concept artist, draw some concept art and show it with the idea. Or if your a mapper, do a little demo real with some screenshots or a video. If your a modeler, do up a model or two. You will get a lot more respect, and this way, people in the thread can tell if your legit, or a maroon. And when people say that when people say that your idea is retarded, they have good reason too. But if you did some work beforehand we can't disclose the fact that you actually put some effort into this.
You don't gather up a mod team, the best workers are the one's that come to you respecting your work ethic and proof of concepts ( idea's put to action ). So I recommend showing some work if you have some done. Or going and doing some right about now.

Noone wants to play an Avatar game, let alone by a guy with most likely zip-to-nothing game development experience. It's just one of those things that should stay a movie.
