In the short time I was gone, somebody pretty much destroyed the Op Tower on Heavy Petters. This guy I know, Dx2, was on there trying to rebuild it and I tried to help, but it's pretty bad. I only managed to fill a few holes in the floors before I had to go.

Java is notorious for being very badly CPU-optimized most of the time, so it will definitely take up most of your CPU while it's running. It isn't a problem with you, it's a problem with Java's code.
