Will probably raise to 15€ when survival goes online and has the features that indev has.
I really don't know whether this is worth me buying now or not, I don't really play it as much as I used to as I keep losing interest and playing other games, then returning not knowing what the fuck has happened while I've been away :v:
I just built a big wooden water tower and then burned it down from the bottom up. It was pretty cool because once the flames reached the top and burned a hole in the reservoir the water came pouring out and flowed down the hillside.
I had to restart the server since sendmail was fucking up. Also I fucked up my email. Woo. [editline]11:50PM[/editline] Goddamnit.

Obviously the game won't be completed just yet when multiplayer survival's out.

Therefor won't cost 20€.

Where is the server in the picture above?
woah havent played in a while fire and finite water? cool
Gah. The permadeath in indev is really annoying. I've been messing around with finite water in floating maps but one little mistep and you have start all over...
Would anybody be interested in creating a survival scenario with me? I want to make a large city with a post-apocalyptic feel to it, with derelict buildings and whatnot. There could be some sort of objective, like get to a rescue helicopter at the top of a skyscraper at the other end of town or something. We'd build it on a multiplayer server, then I'd take the map at make it a survival map. I'd also make a google docs page with briefing and a link to the map to give it a nice atmosphere. Things we could build: -stores -houses -apartments -hospitals + fire/police stations -sewers with hidden passages -safe areas with supplies -and so on First we'll need a private server so we can work on it without getting griefed. I could run a server on my laptop, but it would only be up for a couple hours per day at most. Gentlemen, this could be the most epic project in the history of minecraft.

How does the multiworld work? Are you able to save each world as a map individually? And can you password protect/use some other security method to limit access to a world?
/lock /private [editline]12:41AM[/editline] are the commands to make a world virtually ungriefable. [editline]12:41AM[/editline] And yes, each world is saved separately.
Sweet, I'll get crackin' tomorrow.
Want to get on and get the world tonight?
Posting from my dad's laptop with slow internet speed, I'll do it tomorrow.
Alrighty then. I might not be on when you are, in that case. If you use /who and see Hai2joo, tyteen, obtuse_goose, or jonney934 on, feel free to ask one of them.
