Wow, fucking gay. I was playing on a server, building an awesome castle (a huuuuge staircase leading to a drawbridge, which in turn led to the huge gateway). The OP of the server gave me admin, and I was like "cool, i'm gonna be an awesome admin."
I'm minding my own business when about 3 people start complaining of a griefer. I go over and see what's up, turns out it's an admin spamming admin blocks around em. I tell him to stop but he don't listen, so I ban him.
The OP of the server returns and goes batshit insane, screaming out "WHO BANNED HIM?!" I think "Oh shit, this is a volatile one" so I decided to explain the reason of WHY I kicked him first, then I said "So yeah, I banned him..." then the next thing I know is i'm banned cause of that twat... And none of the newbies stuck up for me haha.
Any decent servers on here where I can build my own stuff and it'll still be there in 2-3 days time? Built a real big fort on another server and it got torn down and replaced with a fucking duck.

It's starting to fill up, but usually have atleast 1 OP on at all times so buildings distant from the spawn are untouched, and those that are griefed are repaired.
Any chance of me getting OP myself if I prove myself as a good person?

You can prove you're a good person without being OP too. Server owners just don't hand OP over to a stranger that hasn't proven he has what it takes.
I understand that. I just get pissed off when i've spent a good part of 3 hours building a really intricate design of a fort, with chandeliers and everything, then some prick comes in and starts deleting stuff.
When no OP is online, it sucks. Plus, I could hand out retribution myself. Swiftly.

I admit that I made one mistake in banning another person accidentally, but most of the people crying about being banned here are either flat-out lying or altering the story to make themselves look good.
