Steam Browser outside of game

Use Firefox, internet explorer is slow, crashes alot, and mainly. It sucks.

There is no way to get the Steam Browser from the overlay without using it in the overlay.

There is NO WAY to get the Steam browser outside of the Steam overlay. It uses IE. If you have Windows, you already have the Steam browser (in a retarded sense). We've already told you the alternatives.
