Natural Selection 2: Onos edition

Yeah, it spawns some 3D geometry that pulses, but it clips and looks really bad on a lot of things, especially since - if you notice - in the preview shots they have a texture overlay around any part of the infestation, to make it blend into the level geometry - but our current one does not have that, it just has the general texture overlay that goes over EVERYTHING. In some places it looks good, but in most places you can clearly see they are just animated 3d blobs with the infestation texture on them and stick out quite badly.

I think the ns_veil pics of it actually look a lot better.

The new infestation is in by the way, it looks much better than the pictures they released earlier, it's not nearly as bumpy anymore. The only problem is that there isn't enough of it, fully infested rooms still have a lot of spots that aren't infested.

They won't really add anything once the game is released immidietly, but they will begin adding all the stuff they weren't gonna include in the game before v.1.0.

There are links to tutorial videos in the game in one of the menus. Otherwise you can search for some tutorial videos in youtube already, but there will be links to specific ones inside the game.
