They're probably fixing up a few final things before release and they'd rather have the time put into that than working for a pre-load. That's what I think they mean anyway.
I can't see the menu screen. The background appears, but the options are invisible. I can hear the click if I move my mouse around.

They are running a tad late with the release build.
I'm eager for my deluxe edition stuff, I always love free soundtracks.
On the stream they keep playing music from the soundtrack. And it's quite good.
Right now Hugh is trying to get the final pre-1.0 NS2HD video out and it is going to be live. I'm trying to see if I can squeak my way in to the same game and squad around with him.

It's already out, was included in the most recent build.
It is in, but probably not what you are thinking of. Or maybe it is.
If you mean the one in those screenshots, yes it is. If you mean the one in that youtube video from years ago, not yet.

I take it you mean Hangar? It is proving fairly difficult to make it large, yet able to provide hidey spots for skulks to lurk in. I'm planning to add more hanging boxes to jump between.
