Me and a buddy found a bike and got it working
a hacker tp'ed to us and rammed us down with a tractor
And just had a redeeming experience to make up for that
So I spawn pretty far north, and pretty quickly find a UAZ, with it's only downside being a busted fuel tank. Fortunately, I'm in an industrial park, so that gets fixed in pretty short order. I fuel her up just in time for a server reset.
After that, I check three military camps, getting jack squat save an AKM with two mags. I start heading south, thinking to collect parts to repair my still crippled helicopter. As I go, stop at a crash site, find a Mk 48 Mod 0, and literally jump for joy.
But as I'm getting back on the road, I see two guys running across a field. I quickly check the scoreboard. Save two other people I know to be friendly, the only people online are a clan. I hope they're friendly, but as I drive past, one of them opens up on me. I floor it, thinking I can escape.... just in time for a tan Offroad to come through the nearby intersection and ram me. I live, he spins around, and although it looks for a second like I might get away, he hits me again, fucking my wheel and engine, and I screech to a halt. He pulls back for another go, I bail just as he hits me. My car catches flames. In terror I spray his windscreen with bullets. He dies. I run off into the woods. I hear gunshots behind me. After five minutes of running they stop, and I'm alone. I find a safe place and log out not far from a place I stashed a PBX a few hours before.
My adrenaline is pumping so hard.
I'm actually done for today. Great high note end to the night.

Well i got one of them off a dead bandit, i dont remember how i got the other one i think it was in a super market thing, anyway it says on the forums that i gotta get them to the green mountain or something
The autistic group of FPers got hit by a hacker again. I managed to disconnect in time, right when "Russia is Gay" started to pop all over the screen. Apparently, I was lucky. The hacker made some people like LuckyLuke dance and watch zombie porn. So I heard. :v:

I agree that being a "fun" hacker is a lot better than 90% of the hackers I find on servers that just kill everybody
One time I gave everyone Bicycles and forced them to go on speed boost = Everyone going 1000kph and dying

Maybe I'm old fashioned, but hackers just completely kill the immersion for me in its entirety, and it's especially bad when it's often completely stupid shit like teleporting everyone to an invincible guy, or making everyone swim through walls
I understand that a lot of them are mouthbreathers who can't actually get into the game, but this is not really a game where people's experience tends to be benefited by a hackers antics. It just tends to rape the experience wholesale.

Played this for the first time today. Was on some French server, but it wasn't laggy unlike the others. It became night before I could find any equipment. In the night, I saw 3 men, looking over the dead body of what I assume was another survivor. I came closer, stalked them, until I could hear them. They were French. I eventually came too close, and they saw me too. I didn't have any weapons. I was fucked. But I survived that encounter because I treated it like fire. Stop, drop and roll. I just rolled all the way off the road and they lost me for a couple of minutes. I couldn't get far though, as I was bleeding and had a broken leg. They eventually caught up with me and shot me.
Pretty intense game. Would be even more intense if I had a gun, but I assume I'll find one later on.

Don't bother with dayz+ it's shit.
On the homepage it said

Yet the only thing this mod is, Added weps/skins and vehicles. And next to that you can put down some fences n crap. That's it no safezone mechanics or anything.
Quite dissapointed it sounded so cool yet turned out to be just another shitty mod.
