Sorry about all those damn restarts guys. I was trying to figure out an issue with vehicles spawning. In the end, I never did figure it out but there is good news.

There is now two one-of-a-kind vehicles;
* Armored Car with x2 mounted RPKs)
* Mi-27 (26, 12 whatever. Russian Gunship)

New spawn;
Both airports (Not Dubovo) will now spawn MV-22 Osprey's

Rocket should implement A-10s. They should spawn full health and full of fuel, But they are a DCS level of realism, so almost nobody could use them.

Choppers, I can, and I can (usually) land them too, but planes are just a nightmare that never ends well

I am really good at everything but landing. I get a little too cocky at times though.

I can fly planes fine even in combat in arma2. But combat aircraft in Dayz does not really sound like it would even have a real useful purpose.

From people who have had this problem before. This is how you fix it.

Delete all files related to DayZ Taviana.com/US whatever. Reinstall it via DayZ Commander.

Go to Favorites in Commander, top left input IP, Port and password. Join and bam.

i just had a neat little run on lingor

i spawned, had no idea where i was, and started looting around some building
i found a winchester and that was pretty great, so i kept it

while looting around, i heard a helicopter

i peeked out, and there was a little bird coming in to land
the server had nametags enabled, so i saw the driver's name, and complimented him on his helicopter

he invited me to ride with him, so i hightailed it over there and hopped in
once inside, the dude explained to me that he was about to log off, and he has a big ol' stash of gear up north that i could help myself to

naturally, i accepted

we flew north for a while, and landed at a little compound

we jumped out, and he showed me his humvee with a mounted M2 up top
we then drove a little while to his tent, and while he was looking for it, we both heard another little bird

he told me to jump in the gunner seat, so i did
the little bird circled a couple times, and then it headed straight for us

i opened up with the M2 and managed to blow the pilot out of it
his body fell to the ground, and the little bird slammed into the ground not more than 100 feet away from us

the dude bid me goodbye after that, and logged off

i jumped back into the drivers seat, and drove back down to the compound
i looted around a little bit, until suddenly, i heard yet another helicopter.. but this one sounded different
it sounded much bigger, and deeper

i looked up, and there was a chinook approaching

i jumped back into the M2, and opened up again
there was obviously multiple people in the chinook, because i started taking fire back

it circled, and i managed to hit a few sweet spots, because the thing started death spiraling

and then 6 dudes parachuted out

fucking uh oh

the chinook shat itself into the ground off in the jungle with a stupendous boom, and i jumped out of the humvee and booked it to the dude's little bird

i jumped in and took off, and immediately started taking heavy fire

my rotor got fucked up, and i just barely managed to turn it back around

i parachuted out, and landed on a roof, and stumbled off and broke my legs

i turned around just in time to get a face full of angry lead

all in all, a pretty good run for 45 minutes game time

Guy sitting in Heli on the ground, I shot 2 HE grenades into it from rifle. He gets out, I unload an entire 30 round clip at his body (should of atleast hit him 2 or 3 times). Turns around and shoots me once and I'm knocked out.

ahah I was playing on ur server at a friends house. Previous people I've picked up with my Huey had an osprey, so I shot them both and was rising slowly with the osprey then my friend said he would try flying it and got snipped. lel

I've banned so many script kiddies from my server and I have yet to get mine DDOS'd, must be because it's affiliated with FP or something.

I did have a chance to use this down time to fuck with more vehicles. I've added:

Armored Car (Medical)
Armored Car (Heavy Machine Gun)
M7 Maule
Humvee Ambulance
Kamaz
Police Cars

So far only one of each so they're kinda rare. Assuming that they work properly I'll add another MedEvac armored car, a couple of Kamaz and M7's at all airports and more police cars.

If the server going down caused any major issues. (Crashing helicopters, losing items etc) let me know and I'll see what I can do. Don't lie and tell me you crashed your helicopter in the ocean because of the server going down if you never had one because I can check that shit.

Yup. I'm not an expert on Russian vehicles though so I just call them as I sees them.

There are three so far. Double RPK, Heavy MG and MedEvac

Your server is still down as of right now.

I'm aware, our server node based out of Washington D.C. is being DDoS'd still. I can't really do anything except wait it out.

The only thing I could do is change nodes, but than it's a brand new IP and I feel that may be more of an inconvience for everyone than just waiting it out.

As a side note Code, I was looting some barracks and there were massive piles of guns and ammo outside each of them, you might have a problem with spawn abusers as well
