I don't play on organized servers for that exact reason; this game is the ultimate expression of Laissez-Faire murder and anarchy, any attempt at manipulation is unacceptable for the gamefeel. I would put Admin influence on the same tier as hacking as far as harm.

I like admins when they put rare shit on the map and add easter eggs and stuff
admins are good when they passively effect the environment, but if they directly interact with players unfairly then there's a problem

Was playing on Taviana (not CodeMonkey's server, it was pretty much empty at the time) with some friends for a few hours. We went to the northernmost airfield to close out our session. I went in with an M14 AIM, M1911, and a basic travel pack. While looting, I found an M9 SD and a large coyote backpack.
When we got done looting, a pair of other players attacked us (three of us.) One of our guys got one of them, I got the other. He had some pretty basic gear, so I was surprised when I checked out his backpack and found out that he had an M24 with ammo stashed away. One of the guys I was with had a DMR and decided he wanted to trade with me because he preferred the M24's zeroing.
A few minutes after that, the server admin suddenly shut the server down. We waited a minute and started rejoining. We couldn't get all the way in, but we got to the point where we can see the game's chat where the admin was explaining that there was a hacker preparing to nuke the server, so he shut it down to save everyone. Pretty rad if you ask me.
I was still pissed when I rejoined and found out that the server had set me back about an hour, teleporting me to some random forest near Byelov I think. I checked my inventory and found out that it had also reverted, replacing my DMR with an M16 I had earlier in the night and my M9 with the 1911 I had before.
Not the first time the server did that either. Early in our session my game crashed and did exactly the same thing when I rejoined. Caused me to lose a lee enfield and an ALICE pack.

Hey how'd you know we were behind your lines?
We watched you guys fly the MV-22 over us twice and eject. We followed your parachutes and the first time we just tore down trees trying to make you shoot so we could find you and the second time you ran down the highway.
I was sitting back and doing 360 when you flew over, I figured someone had dropped because I saw the Mv22 go into autohover over the treeline, sat a bit and saw some six foot sausages on the road.

This is just my opinion but I strongly dislike the fact rMod adds stuff like LHD's and C-130's and Ospreys. I feel it detracts from the zombie survival situation and I dont find it to plausible to find giant planes like that laying around. However prop planes sound fine to me as they don't give you a massive advantage. Just my 2 cents.
Also everytime I try to play ARMA Day-z Taviana loads up for some reason :v:
We're not using rMod. Taviana naturally has the ability to spawn C-130's and Osprey's.

lmao I was so close to suicide bombing the bridge border group during the event tonight. almost killed code monkey. I have a lot of videos recorded from tonight that I will be uploading later on. one of the funniest experiences had to be getting sent flying by some dudes vodnik while my friend got killed, I managed to patch myself up midair and land unconscious. then the vodnik came close enough for me to sneak inside, steal it , run the guy over, and shoot the other guy. you shall all see this soon it was recorded
