It comes down to personal preference, 5.56 is a bit more common then 5.45, but 7.62 box belts are also kind of common in military spawns. Personally I'd take a MK 48, it's loud as fuck but if you run into anyone one shot to the chest will fuck their day up.
Otherwise choose either the AK74 or M16 variants.

I don't think zeds are supposed to be able to knock you out if you have over 10k blood. It was either bone breaking or KOs, I forget which.

What does Shift+P do? I know shift makes you walk/run, but doesn't P show player list?

Right shift+P brings up server control, which is an auto-kick on USPVT. It's basically a fast way to D/C. I've seen it used for duping mainly, just because it doesn't require a game restart like Alt-F4.

Was just walking through some forest when a guy in a ghillie suit leaps out from behind a tree, I shit myself and empty an entire DMR mag into him. A bit overkill, but I've never jumped so much playing an online game in my life
I swapped my DMR for his L85A2 AWS, is that a good deal you reckon?

More common ammo, a thermal sight and it makes less noise. I'd say it's a pretty decent trade, however the DMR does way more damage due to it firing a bigger round, and I personally prefer the DMR scope, because Mildots are nice.

I've heard of more mass slays and TP's on the FP server than I've ever dealt with since I started playing in May. Seems like the facepunch server has a bad problem with hackers.

It depends, it only seems like it because people play on one single server instead of spreading out on multiple nameless servers. Thus the illusion of getting attacked more.
