Tried to walk up the stairs, but the game had other plans.
Broke my legs with no morphine, and forgot about the pass-out timer.
Looks like I'm taking a break from DayZ for about a week...

Ah damn yea, forgot about the others. There should be a custom preset for the FP dayz server (sixupdater), not as many hackers and mostly only FPers would play there then. Is it still open to public without a PW? Also when there is a preset made you can click on the link and it auto downloads all the mods you need to play on the fp server and also automaticly connects to the server, that way the FP server could use some custom mods.

Yeah that is a good option but it would still kill the server unfortunately. DayZ is dying as it is.
I'd just been playing on an hour old char with all the usual noob-level equipment... lee enfield, makarov, ect. and I was walking up the north face of the mountain between cherno and elecktro. As I near the top I can hear a helicopter, so I rush up and look down over the other side of the summit to see it crash right into the side the of mountain, just below me. Some guy further down the mountain runs out of some trees towards the crash site, but I manage to kill him with my enfield before he reaches the helicopter. So I go down and start looting his corpse (he had the best equipment in the game on him), and while i've nearly finished doing so and am about to log out this other guy just magically appears right in front of me and instantly starts shooting and kills me. Argh.

When standalone comes around tho there won't be nearly as much people as a few months back
So this is razzle. Zub tower has been a base for 8-10 people for the past 2 days. Finally after constant attacks, looting and what not I think we are done with it. There is a lot of just medical supplies lying around there. There has been people going in and out, but dying. By far it was the greatest DayZ experience I could have in a group. People in the server should really join mumble more often.

Yeah I snuck in there when the group left the server, stole all their PKM ammo and their ghillie suits.

SMK animations are buggy as shit which is why no multiplayer server, even private clan servers, play with them.
Besides some of those animations are retarded, nobody puts their back up against a wall for reasons that should be obvious

I started playing again after a month.
Get in, friend gives me some food. I get kicked for ping, rejoin and I got booted down to the coast from the airfield.
Make my way up. Saw a broken Land rover, tried to fix it but no luck, left it. Right after found a downed helicopter, got ammo for my L85, and a bunch of medical supplies. Went to Stary Sober. Dead empty, found two tents in the hill overlooking Stary. Looked them, filled with guns and ammo. Took a Coyote backpack, a M24, four mags for it. Four Stanag SD mags, Two PDW mags, 6 cooked meat, two canteens, blood bags, and a ghillie suit and then headed off back to the airfield.
Soon as I get there, I hear gunshots. There is a survivor in the Fire-station firing at zombies flooding in, watched him keep shooting in till he was out of ammo, and then watched him clip through the side of the fire station tower and go down the ladder, so I ran around behind the hangers and got behind the Firestation. I saw him peek over the ledge, I guess he didn't see me. So I ran up right beside the ladder as he crawled down and shot him several times in the side.
Watched his lifeless body flopped down and checked it, 1911 in his pack, no ammo, a blood bag, fire axe, flash light and compass. I felt terrible.

Welp. Just got banned from a private hive server I enjoyed playing on a lot. I was at the NWAF when I heard a lot of gunshots. Two people got killed by a hacker near an almost fixed heli. I went there to check the bodies (didn't touch the ones of the dead guy becuase they said that they were going back to them) and the hacker had a G36. I have no fucking idea how but I somehow ended up taking it. When I saw I had it I NOPE'D hard and ran to his body to return it and take my M249 back and then I got banned. Can't even enter the server to talk to the admins. What a load of crap. One should at least get a warning or only be banned if you shoot someone with it.

One time when I was in Berezino I heard gunshots by the apartments. I snuck a little closer, and realised that it was a guy with a Lee Enfield that was shooting at zombies he had aggro'd in order to get out of the block. I could have shot him whenever he came close to any of the windows, but I decided to be a bit more creative than that. So I threw a red smoke grenade into the entrance of the block. Zombies all over the area came swarming to the doors. Once the smoke wore off, there were probably around 40 there.
Then, as the guy fired his Lee Enfield yet again, he aggro'd all these zombies standing in the entrance. He fired and fired, but they just kept coming. Eventually I could hear his screams coming from the inside.
"Poor Guy was killed".
