A friendly guy driving me and my friends to repair vehicles, but distracting us by playing Gangnam Style through the mic. He even distracted himself and crashed at one point.

I'm playing on a GUID whitelist that had 30-40 people out of 40 all day yesterday.
The guid whitelist so far seems like the best idea, the 4th(?) top mydayz server is a fully whitelisted one and that's pretty damn popular.
Well, I saw a guy looting a crashed heli and decided to help him out by killing the zombies. I didn't want to use command chat to give away his position, but wasn't close enough for direct. I had zombies on me, so I started shooting those. By the time I killed one and crippled the other two zombies, I was already shot dead by the guy at the helicopter.
Oh my god I was in a random server and my legs broke while I was just walking up a hill.
Seriously, it was just "Eh, might as well give up"
This game is fucking infuriating. I spawn, I go searching for loot, and I either die of thirst or get mobbed by zombies before I can find a water bottle or a hatchet.

You'll get better with time. It's easy to lose zombies behind bushes and buildings once you get the hang of it.

Just keep trying. You'll get really close to starving, but then find an M4A1 SD and get yourself some beans in no time.
Did anyone find a camo UAZ in the woods north of Stary, it had 14 cooked meat in it and a PP-19 Bizon SD. And 8 Jerry cans.

a GUID whitelist would just stop the script kiddies, it isn't going to do shit to stop dudes who actually know what they are doing.
Chernarus your server is always going to be targeted more than any other because of it being the unofficial facepunch server
Does anyone know how to get ACEX SM to work with dayz? I installed it correctly but whenever I join a server it says @ACEX_SM is not accepted by a key on this server. Is this fixable or does the server have to install it too?

it only works if the server accepts it, mine does.

The server has to intall it as well. USPVT is the only one that I know of that has it.

The hacking has become absolutely ridiculous in this game. Yesterday my friend and I were teleported 3 times on three different servers all in the span of 4 hours. The third time was really risky; the hacker teleported us at a decent height that broke my legs and started making me bleed ridiculously. Luckily both my friend and I survived.
Yeah, it's horrible. You don't realize how rampant it is until you play another game and don't see a hacker for days, where there's usually at least one per server in DayZ.

Yep. Once, in a DayZ server, the server admin was hacking. He was shooting everyone while invisible, teleporting to each one of the survivors. Luckily he stopped after some time.
More hackers than Combat Arms.

You actually waited for him to stop?
There should be some sort of public GUID list that admins can contribute to and if any particular GUID has 4 or 5 reports from different admins then that GUID could be added to a ban list which admins could download every couple of days. It would require a lot of effort but eventually you would phase out most of the hackers.

There are over a million unique players, there is already a list and there are only about 1500 entries though.
