DayZ Mod V4 - Admins need more rights! - Games

Is it just me or is killing people so much more entertaining when you make them think you're their friend first?

Someone using your trust and not breaking it became so rare that you are surprised every time it happens. I asked a guy who had a weapon to give me a blood transfusion while I sat down. He could have easily killed me without me even being able to fight back but he gave me the transfusion and we went seperate ways. Don't ruin those people and make another bandit or paranoid who shoots on sight out of them.

I've given random people blood bags before. I'm not always a dick.

Also, I got the urge to play DayZ again only to find that I would need to reinstall both ARMA II and OA. Wouldn't be a problem if it weren't for that damned THQ Humble Bundle making me download other games.

That would be a waste of blood packs and ammo.

I meant it would be a waste of blood and ammo to give someone a blood pack then shoot them.

I would still have less ammo and blood packs than if I were to just shoot them instead of healing them first.

I've only randomly killed someone once. I was in a building with some decent loot for the very first time in my playtime. As im dicking around in menus I see someone approach me with a hachet. Terrified, I quickly ask them if they're friendly. a few tense seconds past and I open fire. just as I begin shooting him, he responds in chat "yeah i'm friendlasdasdasdasdasdsda". He then died. I regret it to this day. Never ever killed anyone else without being provoked otherwise :v

I expect this has been asked a million times but I've google'd the issue and attempted every fix but nothing appears to work! I bought the game today and cannot get into a dayZ server because I'm kicked because of "battleye client not responding" everytime I connect to the server.

Booted up both Arma 2 and Combined Operations before installing DayZ?

Me and a friend found a UAZ with lots of gear + 2 crashed choppers yesterday and hid it in the woods for the next time we would play on the server. Today we found out the server suddenly has got a password on it, im not an expert when it comes to DayZ and servers, but does this happen alot? Do admins password their servers because of new updates e.t.c?

That Browning .30 Cal seems heavily impractical when you have ~50 pointy objects on the front of your car

Until Rocket posts his "inevitable" blog post, I'm skeptical about a beta release this year.
