I've made one too, but it's still in prototype, and not completely a relentless deck (I only have ten of them). Be careful with Coat of Arms, it boosts opponents, too. [editline]14th March 2011[/editline] Speaking of, where's a good place to find cheap thrumming stones? :v:
Internet? But seriously rats is a bad idea.
They're just fun. I'll probably get tired of it soon enough and go squirrels or something.
Its won two games and lost three so far. Its very fun to play with. I also started a multicoloured deck which is quite hard to build.
do any of you guys play on Magic Workstation?
Shock Lands, Filter Lands. Not hard at all.
The guild lands can be very helpful, too.
The guild lands can be very helpful, too.
The only guild lands are the shock lands (they deal you 2 damage, hence shock) Tri-lands are also amazing. Fetches work wonders though. Especially since they can fetch out shock lands.

They're really awkward to fit into your curve. Also if people play bounce or land destruction the bounce lands open you up to tempo issues.
I went to a card shop yesterday and found a Platinum Angel for only $2. I feel accomplished.
I find they work wonders where I've got them, only have three I think, so it's not like all my lands come in tapped or something. And the deck has some nice ramp, so I don't really ever have to worry about my tempo or anything.
Just gave around 1000 red spares for a N64. I don't have enough advanced land for it to of use and the local card shop has stopped selling singular cards so now the only way to get new ones is through trading and buying boosters, Although I did get a shoebox full of cards including a few mythics and rares for $40.
Sounds like a sweet deal
Needs new av cords and controllers but its pokemon themed and had pokemon stadium and goldeneye so I was happy with it. Anyone got any fun ideas for casual decks?
I played for about 10+ hours last night. Went to my friend's place at 5pm, got home around 4:30am, with a half-hour drive in either direction. Totally worth it.
Edh?
Nah, just some four-player free for all games.
I want to try to play emperor or what that gamemode is called (3vs3), but none of my friends wants to :saddowns:.
Probably because Emperor, on it's own, is kindof bland and suck. Toss in Archenemy or Planechase with it. [editline]17th March 2011[/editline] Or both, for shenanigans.
The key to having free for all 3+ player games is to sit back and build up while the others slaughter each other, then roll over the survivors. If you can.

I find that in a free-for-all, a control deck gets dominated hard if you start to annoy the other players.
Political decks are always the best. I made a white deck which abused first strike + clerics to stall out games. You just tap and prevent here, there, everywhere! Also I made a red/black goblin control deck with only tarfire as a non-creature card. Ah casual decks. P.S. emperor is amazing. Monoblue decks are the best emperor decks ever. Lieutenant decks should be midrange.
I find that in a free-for-all, a control deck gets dominated hard if you start to annoy the other players.
This happened yesterday in a game I played. Five players, free for all. One of the players mentioned she was playing mono blue mill. She was the first the first one kicked out of the match. You just don't tell them what you have before playing haha.
Or play with kraken hatchlings and sea-gate oracles. You know. Good early drops?
Ah, haha, Kraken Hatchling. I love that card. So fun to drop for some reason.
I think I'm gonna do a deck with four of these badboys and 56 lands But all my friends will probably stop playing if I make that :saddowns:
Don't forget the Chimney Pimps!
Anybody here use MWS? I was thinking of getting it again but not a lot of people I know use it, and I have no idea where all the stuff with the pictures and new cards are.
MWS is really easy to use. MTGS has all the patches and "how to update" It's quite active to, no problem to find a T2, T1, T1.X, etc etc game Some people also play pauper, edh, decks just for fun. Definitely MWS is great.
