I won a pack at a Friday Night Magic last year. Some guy I met decided he was going to open it for me, because he had better luck (I don't know, I was being nice). I told him to pull me a Chandra, and he did. I'm never trading my lucky Chandra.

I ended up drafting with a power cube today, it was tons of fun. Ended up with a pretty awesome WU control deck and almost decked myself in games twice just because I had the game at a standstill so long.

You should definitely attempt to bring that deck down to 60 cards. You want a deck to be as small as possible so you get optimal draws. I'd mostly try and cut down on those curses, as they seem pretty unnecessary.

The entire point was really to get as many curses on them as possible. Except for Curse of Exhaustion because it doesn't stack. But I see what you're saying. Especially because it's a curse deck, the rest of the deck is defenders, so I had to make up for it somewhere. Having variety helps, especially if I'm playing curse of misfortune.
However since I have so few attack creatures, the Curse of Stalked Prey is really useless. Imma just take that out entirely.
Got a fat pack earlier today.
Managed to pull Vraska, a foil Overgrown Tomb, Dreadbore, Necropolis Regent, Rakdos Return, and an Utrava Hellkite.
Magic seems like a really fun game, but due to my financial situations (completely broke and no income) it isn't an option to buy decks, at least yet. Is there any way to play this online or something? I tried Cockatrice but I had no goddamn clue how to play with it since I'm used to Duels of the Planeswalkers 2012 (my introduction to Magic)

I can't tell what win condition your aiming for, if it's exclusively the curses, try Bitterheart Witch, 5 mana, deathtouch and when she dies you search for a curse and attach it.
I'd drop the green cards and all the gates that aren't omnicolor, the gates are just too damn slow. Might want to drop white too but white actually has a curse. Drop Stuffy Doll since you can't exploit him efficiently and might want to add in some spot removal, they'll be more efficient then just relying on your wall creatures (like black kill cards or blue counters or white removal or red burn even).

sure_fire made it. The win-con is really straight forward though. As long as you don't get countered you win at 7 mana. And in EDH it's prefered to have Snow-Covered lands since they're resistant to the Ice Age block cards that some people play, it's honestly negligible.
Bought 2 RTR boosters today with some spare change and pulled a Nev-Mizzet, Dracogenius.
The card quality is kinda shit though, I've noticed pretty much all the edges of cards from the 2 boosters I bought are pretty rugged and worn. Has this happened for anyone else?
also i calculated how much i spent on MTG in the last 2 months i started collecting and i'm on £203.65
explains why i'm so broke
