For good reason, though. There are so many combos spun off of that card it's unreal.
No. There aren't.
It's $20 because casuals cream themselves after reading it.

I guess you're right. I know a lot of better cards for the same mana cost. But then again, not for Green. Forest is probably my least favorite type in magic.

:)
Yeah green gets the short end of the stick in a lot of cases. Lately they've gotten pretty cool stuff. Lotus Cobra. Oracle of Mul Daya. Of course those cards are only good with specific card combinations and colours but oh well.
Out of curiosity, what exactly did you do with the deck? I'm currently working on a black and white zombie deck utilizing Cemetery Reaper and Shepard of Rot and incorporating life gain through Sanguine Bond and Children of Korlis. (There is another artifact that is very important too, I forget the name, but you sacrifice it to gain the life back that you lose in one turn.)
That sounds absolutely nothing like mine, which focused on:

in combination with

either summoning through dark ritual or using

to get him as a 7/7 for three black or white mana.
I had four Nip Gwyllions, which became terrors in of themselves with an Edge, and a bunch of other Black/Whites to boost up my other large creatures,

which went amazingly well with

especially since Totem Armors were all the rage at the time. I also used four spirit loops for my evershrikes because they could just keep coming and coming out of the graveyard. I used Nightsky Mimic as well, two or three of him, mainly for the Deathbringer Liege ability, because Black/White spells fully triggered Deathbringer's ability. If you want I can get a full card list, but I bastardized it a but to fight off my friend's zombie apocalypse deck.
I remember when I thought enchantments were the shit. Ah youth.
Unfortunately the only playable enchantments now days kick ass.
Oblivion Ring. Rancor. Yeah that's about it.

Enchant auras or enchants in general? Because the latter can be quite useful still.
my deck is a blue/white artifact deck.
the most common thing i win on is

its only the lands thats not artifacts in the deck.
But those cost 2 black, do you have something that give you black mana, of course you do. But what if so?

That's only for the Attach cost, which works at instant-speed I believe. The regular equip cost is just 1.
I guess no one ever heard of this card

I know that's a joke article, but it doesn't work from the start. That card says he can't lose the game, not that he can't be caused to lose the game by removing the card from play.

Get 4 of each artifact land. They're awesome.
-snipped for longness-
Naw, it's okay, thanks though. :D
But yah, they aren't at all similiar, save the unmake, which is easily one of the best spot removals I think I've ever seen, save maybe terminate. Come to think of it, I don't recognize any of the other cards, sadly. :(

Yes, that card looks intimidating, but it really isn't all that useful. The only time that card will really do much is if the opponent is either bad/ unlucky with draws, or have no cards in their hand. A single Dark Banishing or Oblivion Ring could do away with that buffed up creature for only 3 mana. Where you just wasted 8, and probably your entire turns worth of casting. The only enchantments I really like (Besides Oblivion Ring) are ones like Phyrexian Arena and Glorious Anthem/ Bad Moon. The latter mostly for weenie decks, because they can make a big difference.

Sovereigns of Lost Alara want a word.
That enchantment isn't playable, out side of the sovereigns combo deck. Which isn't so much as a combo deck as a Bant deck that can kill you almost instantly.
Remember Sovereigns putting it into play won't trigger the annihilator. But even a fucking BoP will scare you shitless if you slam a Sovereigns down.

Glorious Anthem is pretty miserable. Now days creatures are strong enough on their own so you rather cast another creature than an enchantment. P Arena is still broken

Or I might just be stupid and don't understand what you mean.
I've just started to make a Kuldotha red deck and it's just so fun to win after three or four turns almost everytime ^^
Everything that I need before it's completely finished:
2x Goblin Guides
3x Contested War Zones
1x Mox Opal
1x Chimeric Mass
2x Devestating Summons
Some of the cards are very hard to get but when I do I'm gonna own :3
I like my green trample deck

My minus counter friend doesn't

If a creature's toughness is reduced to 0 then the creature dies and can't be regenerated.
An infect deck absolutely destroys this card.

The whole thing the story is going on about is how the kid was doing all kinds of things ( and breaking lots of rules ) because the effect on the card is he can't lose the game ( judge rulings count as a loss ). The reason a judge was called over is because he was refusing to obey a triggered effect that was entirely legal - the card has no protection from being destroyed or otherwise removed from play and causing him to loose.
So, if the effect text was actually "You may not be caused to lose the game" or a similar wording, he would be correct in that the card could no destroyed, because it leaving play would cause him to directly lose due to his life total.
It's a stupid story and here I am pointing out that the joke is about someone taking the wording of the card literally, and to an extreme. Which is close to what I am doing.
Buy them with cash? Not hard to get at all..
2x Goblin Guides, 3x Contested War Zone and 1x Mox Opal cost $52 :C

Yeah, I know, only he doesn't play infect, just counters.
We're all rather new to this, our decks aren't that good yet.

I'm almost as new as you are to magic and I already have 2 really good decks ^^

-1/-1 counters? Such as wither or deathspore thallid type stuff? Because those can't be regenerated either and will kill the creature. Only damage and destroy effects can be regenerated.
It's not the regeneration part that is good, it's the "Creatures you control can't be the target of spells and abilities your opponent control" it's like a better version of shroud.
