Red Orchestra is a good realistic one, online only
As a moderator, I agree with this post. Every single kill makes you smile.
I'm agreeing on people saying Red Orchestra...I need to reinstall it. It was a good game.
Battlefield Europe: World War 2 Online. Think of it as WW2 flavored Armed Assault with MMO qualities.
Hell's Highway was awesome, fantastic sp. I'm kinda disappointed though that they didn't add CO-OP like they said they would.
If you want fun, I suggest you the Battlefield 1942 and expansion packs. And battlefield 2 with the Forgotten Hope 2 or Battlegrounds 2 Total Conversion Mods.
Battlefield 1942 + Expansions + Vietnam runs $10 on Amazon, so there's really no excuse to not get it at this point. Although it doesn't play well with Windows 7 (crashes a few times on level load) and you'd want to play it windowed, but it's totally worth it for the few headaches it causes. Plus every once in a while you get modded servers with rocket propelled jeeps, so fun. Day of Defeat Source is good for a quick multiplayer game here and then, and you get it free if you buy the boxed version of Counter-Strike Source
the brothers in arms series has some of the best singleplayer experiences i have ever seen in a world war ii game. Combine that with gameplay that doesn't involve your typical shooter stuff and you've got a must-play series.
TAKE me, taaake me!
