He has to manually not delete everything for each unban which from what I understand is somewhat tedious and difficult.

That will definitely fuck the server, but if you mean just a loot farm then there's really nothing to be afraid of. You'd get more problems from an automatic cactus farm.

The problem is that for XP you need to be the one to kill the enemy, so you can't just drown them

There should be a seperate, low slot server for dead players, in which we wander a duplicate of the map, with all of us stuck in adventure mode.
