So, having been white-listed for several weeks, I'm finally ready to put some time in and actually build something on here. I was wondering, are there any communities/player settlements that I could build in/near to? Being a hermit's great and all, but it's nice to see signs of life once in a while. I'm willing to help out on any big builds, resource gathering, whatever. Let me know if you desire a sexy new neighbour.

Well, I can't say for certain, but I may have set a new record. I was assailed by a sudden bout of lag, and came out the other side of it to find I had been blown to smithereens by a wayward creeper. How anti-climactic! So, how long is the wait 'til respawn?

GOD DAMN IT. Decided to go mine after I had built up my Crop Farm. I began digging a tunnel in my mine at level 12, 7 blocks later and I fell in lava, damn it mouse+w. My stuff is burned but I didn't have much on me anyways. See ya'll Friday. [IMG]http://i45.tinypic.com/2nswfuw.png[/IMG]

Ok working on the next part of my "dwarven empire" or whatever it is. I plan to have this go down a few more steps, and then about 100 - 200 blocks forward, and maybe widening more, depending on things such as how bored I am, or how cool it looks. I want to turn it into a huge dwarven hall thing, pillars and statues and shit with a big throne at the end. Its taking quite a while since it intersected with a few mineshafts with small poison spiders in them. Wasted a lot of tnt blowing them up.

[t]http://puu.sh/1J7rt[/t] Ok, somewhat getting there! Its about 40 blocks deep from the last step now, so I am thinking maybe 3 - 4 times that length. The roof is also going to be stepped like the staircase, so the roof will be 6 blocks higher than it is. I am also debating whether or not to widen the walls by 1 or 2 more steps, which are each 3 deep. If anyone else has suggestions let me know! ------ 47 blocks deep now from the last step, and I started stepping the roof a bit and I think its looking good! So far I have mined out about 15500 blocks! Still got a lot to go.
