Ahh what the fuck. I decided, for no reason at all, to wait for the credits to roll on G-Senjou no Maou. Turns out there's actually something after the credits. what is even going onnn.
edit: And now i'm just sad and happy at the same time. God damn.
Ah I remember watching it
I remember it being a total mess
A total glorious mess.
Well, Kira Kira just took an unexpected turn for the fucking depressing.
I'm playing Kirari's route, and it's been all smiles and sex up until now, but then [sp]her dad's drunk and pissed off because he can't work anymore due to his injury, so he's burning the old certificates he got form his work for being such a great employee, and the fire spreads, burning her whole house down and she's in the ICU with really bad burns all over her body and oh god[/sp]
[editline]2nd February 2012[/editline]
JESUS FUCKING CHRIST.
[sp]And while you're in the hospital talking to Kirari's mum, you find out that they're so behind on their debt that some gangster types they borrowed money from were going to force Kirari to become a prostitute because her mum's too sick to work. The hits just keep on coming....[/sp]
Jesus Christ this thread moves fast, and I was just expecting the typical Facepunxh reacion of spamming fat otaku, "uguu~", and that "chocolate" image and laughing at the worst of the worst of VNs.
I'm thinking about doing Kanon next after Ever17, does it really hurt the feelings? I wanna get a dose of feels again,
It's probably more "feel" (whatever the fuck that means), it made me cry once or twice.
I didn't cry when i read kertwe shoejoy

Kanon is extremely melodramatic. You'll most definitively get the feels.
Is Ace Attorney series worth giving a shot? I'm thinking about getting it on Android.

YES.
Yeah, it's extremely funny, and the reward you feel when you pick someones testimony apart is so amazing.
Very well then, I'll get it as soon as I will be able to.
Clannad is better though, but it's over 50 hours of gameplay to get the "good" ending.

+ all the times you have to retry

I've always wanted to try Clannad but i'm not prepared yet to invest 50+ hours into a VN yet. Thats one of the reasons I liked KS because it wasn't too long nor too short.

Added this to OP, thanks Cam00

Over 50 hours is slightly wrong.
I'd say around 100 hours.

I know, but I give props to anyone who can 100% Clannad in around 50 hours :v:

You could totally photoshop a gun on lilly's hands
Well, there we go. I finally finished Kirari's route in Kira Kira.
I don't think I can go back and do the other two now. Nothing can even compare to how sad it was.....

I bet she'd be great at using it

Accuracy is for gaylords, I'd rather smoke weed.
Is Saya no Uta "good"? Its genre and short length caught my attention. I really like psychological horror in all forms (Lovecraftian, darkness, twisted consciousness), and if its short it won't be a waste of time if it's not good, right? Being cautious, and having played the relatively short KS, I'd rather not take a bite of those +100h-length VN's.
(shouldn't have to warn you. but DON'T CLICK ANY OF THIS if you haven't read G-Senjou no Maou)
HAHAHAHAHAHAH
[sp]Sooooo i guess my wild shot in the dark #2 is correct then. They really played that "kyouzuke (fuck spelling) is just mentally ill" card for a long time. I just started chapter 5 I think? I don't know, haru is in the channel area getting strangled by her brother. I even made that wild guess looong before they even hinted at kyou having siblings.[/sp]
Yeah it wasn't that hard to figure out for anyone, but even so, the read itself was fun.

It's pretty good. I like it.
Phoenix Wright counts as one of these things? I mean I figured it was extremely linear but damn.
