Rewrite is fantastic so far. I don't think I'll like it as much as Clannad, but so far it looks to be on the same par as Little Busters.

My favorite route is usually the shy socially awkward girl, but I think my favorite is probably going to be Ohtori. Also, Akane actually seems likable - which is weird, since the canon girl is usually one of my least favorites.

Also, KEY did a phenomenal job with the soundtrack again. Probably the best one I've heard so far.

Recently finished Steins;Gate. Getting the true ending was a bitch since I had to replay the entire game while following a guide. It was a nice game despite[sp]the explanation of the technology used and the theory of world line convergence/attractor fields[/sp]being somewhat silly. It was still an enjoyable story though. I also like how I knowingly voluntarily fucked myself over big time when I[sp]decided to let Faris' father live. In what initially looked like a peaceful worldline is immediately destroyed by the fact the Divergence Meter exists. With no way to send a d-mail or timeleap means no escape. Excellent plan.[/sp]

My main curiosity now is how the upcoming movie will progress from the true ending. [sp]It's really only a matter of time before the future Okabe overwrites the current old Okabe in 15 years from the received D-mail. As incredibly silly as it is something could also be created from Okabe's ability (Reading Steiner). It could be used to traverse to different world lines whilst taking the memories of his lab members along with him for crucial reasons despite being in the Steins;Gate.[/sp]Actually nah that's too silly of an idea.

I thought it wasn't that bad. If you really want bullshit explanations you should read Chaos;Head, it's way worse than in S;G.

Restart at the same chapter of which you got that ending from. You'll know something is different this time around.

Yeah you got (I think) the first possible ending. When they're talking about [sp]sending d-mails[/sp] you actually have to do it yourself. Not doing it means not sending, which sets you on your way to the ending. This'll happen all the way through chapter 9 I believe. It gets much longer than chapter 6.

999 rekindled my interest in VNs so I'm now reading Ever17, and am finally at the true route. It has been great so far, not too many twists yet but some very heartwarming stuff.
