I'm Playing Stein's;Gate right now too, It's awesome.

It doesn't work for me at all, it just goes back to the main menu after starting a new game.

All this steins gate stuff makes me wish funimation didn't buy the anime and remove any trace of it on the internet.

Gotta start it that way each time. It should install fine even without locale japanese, but in order to actually play it you need to use it.

Chaos;head had this problem as well.

A lot of VNs need applocale to work. It's due to the scripting and language. At least it isn't too hard.

Got to about 1/3 through chapter 2 in Steins, gonna continue tomorrow. Filled with glorious SCIENCE and dr pepper. I recommend you all pick this up someday.

But that's where PS comes in because since it copies the image to the clipboard you can just copy in into PS and save it from there. Just Finished Ever17, that was one hell of a ride, words cant even describe how awesome it is and how awesome it feels after finishing it. The story is just so well thought out.
