Nagisa in a show about her(and Tomoya) so logic dictates that she will be in most of it. I can not name one solitary scene where her presence felt out of place or forced or whatever. I personally like Tomoyo better than Nagisa(I don't hate Nagisa) but I can recognize the fact that the anime's story is not about her, it's about Nagisa and as such I disregard that bias when I watch the show.

Because of that, when they adapted the VN to the anime, every time they added her in a scene she originally wasn't in, I though to myself "I don't like this". It's just what I think of her though. Also, even though I like Tomoyo, Tomoyo After sucked the chrome off of a '57 chevy bumper and Tomoya became a disgusting perv. I didn't like them adding Nagisa to scenes in Clannad but Tomoyo After was a complete besmirch.

I got Clannad mixed up with Kanon (somehow), which made people calling it a good romance VN sort of creepy. I'm assuming they're meant to be young girls. Anyway, Tomoyo After isn't even translated fully, like barely 35% of it. So unless you know Japanese I don't see how you can form an accurate opinion on whether or not it's a betrayal until it's fully translated. I dunno, maybe I'm coming off as a bit of an ass but maybe you can tell me what you think is bad about it.
