It's in Japanese so it's not like anyone here could understand it anyway. I had no fucking clue what was going on in that video beyond the fact that apparently somebody died and it looked there was some fighting or something. There is no context or timeline for anything shown.

I'm currently in the Momoyo route myself, it's my first route because I don't play as often as I'd like. I'd love to play Miyako's route at some point as well, if only to see if (like most serial killers) fantasizing isn't enough for her anymore and she does just kidnap Yamato and tie him up in a basement somewhere.
