I didn't find it scary/creepy at all, the writing is good and the story is interesting. And if you're sensitive to gore there's a remove/darken gore feature.

Finally picked up Fate/stay night. This is actually the second time I start playing this. The first time I tried reading this I didn't even manage to read through the prologue. At first I was going to watch the anime but on the second thought I decided to play this instead. I've already seen the anime but that was years ago (around when it originally aired) so I don't remember about it much. Playing the game will be a new experience for sure. It's hard to say where the line on piracy stands on visual novels. For an example : Clannad is currently 350 dollars because it's extra rare. Some cannot even be purchased due to the fact we don't have Japanese currency.

And after that it depends on which genres you like, if you like romantic highschool VN's (Clannad, Da Capo, School Days) or if you like Mystery VN's (Higurashi, Umineko, Steins;Gate), or maybe Action with gameplay elements (Kamidori Alchemy Master, Fate/Stay Night, Monster Girl Quest). Steins Gate looked pretty interesting so I think I'll try and acquire that.
