This makes the most sense, they're programmed to believe they are organics, and need to eat and breathe just like everyone else.
This still works with the fact Tiy said racial differences are only cosmetic, and that it's easier to program 6 different skins rather than tweaking a bunch of stats for each race. A modder can do that later.
So the ships are themed to the races, right?
The Glitch's ships should look like Fortress Monasteries ala 40k.

Something worth mentioning though is the brain reboot augment, apparently when you run out of HP, if you have 100% battery, the aug will restore you to 20% of your max HP at the cost of your entire battery. Which is pretty fucking awesome
I like it, reminds me of deus ex or the perks in fallout 3.
Also I like how all the races in this game are sort of backwards, like the monkey people being the most technologically advanced, the high-tech robots being pretty much medieval in style, The plant people being carnivorous and savage tribesmen, etc.
Can't wait for the hylotl backstory, i'm loving the sort of feudal japan culture they have.

I hope you can take other races costumes as well. The monkey uniforms remind me of the Mass Effect/ Star Wars imperial officer uniforms.
