I have a 4chan one from the PG on /v/ and now /vp/, if you want it you can have it.
I want to restart White, (er start it, felt like doing this weeks ago and never could do it) and I'm tempted to do the nuzlocke challenge, and if I do I would keep you all up to date with "deaths", gym badges, etc. Should I? Agree/Disagree.
If you do, do it well.
Also, I cannot restart any of my physical games due to the fact all my hard work is on them. Who the fuck would toss all those breeded Pokemon, shinies, and event legendarys like that?

I am good at this Challange. Did it with white a while ago, beat it with only about 3 deaths. Also i never had any important pokemon on white. I miss my old heart gold shiny oddish though,
There's a small tournament going on at my local EB.
I have a feeling in my gut it's going to go like this:
50% kids under 15 using nothing but their starters and shit
25% people like me, sort of intermediate, using their favourite pokemon but with good movesets and basic EV training and IV breeding
25% sweaty neckbeards wielding a team of speed boost blaziken, garchomp, scizor, and shit like that which are perfectly bred and trained and will basically beat the shit out of everyone else.
So I'll go in, beat up some little kids then get owned by a spherical ball of anime and fat.
Then the THAT GUY who cheats.

I've never done EV training since Pearl and Platinum because they have a counter on the poketch (a.k.a. I'm too lazy to keep track), should I do it after I finished White for the 5th time?
Well they're going to win because they'll just abuse banned smogon strategies that require overspecialisation to counter.
I mean who's going to have an answer for speed boost blaziken?

No point EV training except if you're playing against other people.
If you don't EV train then it's unfair. (even if both dont ev train, because then whoever randomly got the better stat spread will have a better pokemon)

That's still really good. Also you said you use GIMP and photoshop, have you also tried Paint Tool SAI before? Personally I found it to be a really amazing piece of software for drawing.

Nah. Not something I feel like doing. I think I'll just do a quick playthrough then start learning how to EV train due to that being something I want to do.

Because years ago I got a shiny one as a gift with 31/30 stats, proper EVs and ability and it kicked ass, becoming my favorite Pokemon really fast.
What do you mean by 31/30 stats. Is this IV training. That always seemed too complicated for me.
It is. Requires a lot of breeding or luck to get those stats.
Its the base stats, affecting the amount it has at level 100.
If you want to play competitively, use PO, its a fuckton easier.
it's easy just apply yourself for a bit and you can figure it out
Its like min/maxing to above and beyond.

I'm not sure if I really want to get into competitive battling. Maybe I could try to get into it later. I remember I once did for a little while.

Legendaries are banned, ubers arent.
Kids arent smart enough to know which pokemon are ubers. The sweaty neckbeards do.
