In terms of ingame power, you'll steamroll.
In competitive:
Typhlosion is bad, darmanitan is significantly better as a pure offensive fire type.
Umbreon and Jolteon ar epretty good, umbreon works really well with a wishpassing set and can stall with toxic and wish too. Jolteon is a solid electric type but it can only really learn electric moves and shadow ball.
Braviary is pretty bad, he's too slow to be that effective, druddigon is fairly poor as a dragon type too, due to his incredibly low speed.
Lucario is good but he's a little overrated. Still, you can't complain about vacuum wave.
That said your coverage is good, and they're all bro-tier pokemon, your team is pretty good.

In-game I just like to go with some of my favorites or whatever I feel like. My planned party for Black has three weak to Fire, though.

just to be sure, If I trade up a Kadabra from FireRed to Heartgold, I can trade it from HeartGold to any Gen4 game and back to evolve it to Alakazam right? Not being the OT doesn't affect that correct?

Well, we use rolz for rolling, and dropbox for.storing sheets etc. It's all in the rulebook. Also, sidenote, we are all in GMT+1/2.
