Implying smogon is the be all end all of all strategies.
Wide lens might be smart although you'll still miss occasionally, you also miss out on the potential for boosted speed and damage via choice items or life orb. It's not entirely without merit but it's probably not going to pay off as well as most other items will.

Draco Meteor and Dark Pulse have near perect accuracy I think. It's only Focus Blast that has 2% accuracy.

Pokemon Liquid Crystal is a remake of Pokemon Crystal and Pokemon Firered on the FireRed engine. It also has the first III generations of pokemon in it. Great ROM hack, feels like the real thing.
