I was going to ditch bibarel because I only need him for mt coronet and the like. Might replace him with dialga as he's my favorite legendary.

Not looking good, dragons are OP, and I have no ice moves and mainly elemental pokemon.
Start the defense mission. Realise all too late that every pokemon in their army has dragon rage.

If Togekiss can learn Drain Punch, and Dodrio can learn Fly, I'm pretty sure an Ampharos could learn Firefly Light.

Fly is Sky Jump in Japanese, and, for Togekiss, it should have retained its arms; they gave Togetic a bunch of arm-based moves, after all. Incluiding "finger wag" as a signature.

it's so hyper and spastic and it's small and small things are cute (mostly) and also it's fuzzy and looks like it has too much static electricity and looks like you could totally cuddle it

He retained those attacks because when Togetic didn't have, or wasn't planned to have an evolution, it really didn't cross their minds to not give him punching attacks. But when Togekiss came along, they just led it slide, but there was no reason for throwing Drain Punch into the mix too.

I find Joltik cute mainly for the reason that it's the smallest Pokemon at a measly 4 inches tall.
