How about something with Gordon Freeman and the Porygon evolution line? Would that be cool?
If there was going to be a cross-over for Porygon with anything I would say Tron comes to mind.

Fuck that shit, the NCPs always give their Pokemon stupid names.
Also, to get Regice, you have to link up with someone that has White and get a key or something.

Except for Minipete, I don't know why but I loved that name.

???
What set is that Charizard on the right?
[editline]13th July 2012[/editline]
Wow, that new Charizard is better than Reshiram. Just need to find a new Typhlosion Prime equivalent so he can attack every turn.
2nd stage Pokémon cards are almost always better than single stage cards like Legendaries because you need prerequisite cards to play them while you have no bounds just playing a single stage on the bench.
Technically the only way they can overcome 2nd stage Pokémon these days are with an EX/LV.X upgrade, and that's risky (or good stategy).
And it's from the new Freeze Bolt/Cold Flare expansions.
These 4 were my favorite Pokemon cards of all time. They were just so much fun to use: They relied on you using their effects to search out Stadium Cards in your deck that would give their attacks bonus effects such as confusion or burn. You could then switch forms on a dime, letting you adapt to new situations quickly. Cool thing was that you were allowed 4 of each card, not being limited to 1 of each, despite all being Castform.

Man, all this talk of cards is making me regret giving away all of my old cards to the neighbor kids years back. I never really got to play, but the deck I always used was pretty sweet (or at least it was to my 8-10 year old self). Let me see if some quick research can show me which deck it was.
[editline]14th July 2012[/editline]
Found it, that was fast.

Just looking over the cards makes me wish I was a kid again.
Is there any way to get Celebi? I want to get every legendary ever as legit as possible (Worst I do is get those special key items) and Celebi seems non-existent.
Completing Pokemon Colosseum and trading to the third gen games is the only possible way currently other than events or trading

You can still buy them today. I still get a thrill from finding a shiny new card in them.

Well, of course I can just go out and buy cards. It's just that nothing can really replace that feeling as a kid when Christmas time rolls around, opening up the presents of socks, underwear, and footy pajamas, and finally getting to the "big" gift. That year, I got my own Gameboy Advance, along with Pokemon Crystal, Mega Man Battle Network, and the deck that I supplied in the link.
So yeah, I guess I could just go out and buy some cards (and hey, I've thought about it a couple times), but nothing can really replace that deck, sentimentality wise.

I know that feel bro. It will be fun to make that feel for my children.

I have all of them, 3 of them have that shiny pattern stuff, and then my rain one is just sort of boring.
Completing Pokemon Colosseum and trading to the third gen games is the only possible way currently other than events or trading
And I think that even then it's only avaliable on a japan-only bonus disk, if I'm not mistaken
I didn't care for Pokemon Colosseum, but I loved Tales of Darkness. For so many reasons that it would be a waste of time listing them all.
I loved whichever pokemon game was on the N64 and had all of those mini games.
Stadium and Stadium 2.
Those minigames were the only reason my sister liked to play it.
Just started pokemon emerald on my android phone, wish me luck!

I remember someone in my class had pokemon blue on their mobile years ago, you could save once and then only ever continue from that point.
I've always wanted pokemon on my iPod for trips but I don't want to jailbreak it.
Well, thanks to Iliekboxes' subliminal prompting, I've spent the latter part of my day playing the trading card game, via Pokemon Trading Card Game Online. I think this is the first time I've ever really understood the game mechanics behind the game, which definitely makes the game more fun than I remember it being.
My only qualm with TCGO is that it isn't actually online at the moment, and I can't seem to be able to configure my deck, which kinda stinks.
[editline]14th July 2012[/editline]
[sp]And now it's time for me to buy a deck for my "little bro".[/sp]
I joined TCGO hoping that it was like Pokemon-Online but with cards instead, but you actually have to work for virtual decks and booster packs.
Sorry brah, I just want to have a list of all the cards and choose the ones I want.
Somebody should totally make that. It would be hella rad.

In all reality, it kind of reminds me of that Trading Card Game that they had for Game Boy, where you actually had to earn the cards while battling other people. Makes it a bit more interesting to have a deck that slowly evolves vs. something that you can put together in 5 minutes.
However, I know what you mean. I would love to play something similar to Pokemon Online, where you can just go and make your decks yourself out of the whole range of possibilities, instead of being confined to the ones you earn.
Ugh, now I'm conflicted. I like both ideas, just that one of them is more singleplayer (earn the cards so that you don't plow through the game with the Ub3R 1337 Deck) while the other is more multiplayer (everyone has everything, so it's technically an even playing field in terms of cards).
New extended trailer thingy with Princess Leia.

Oh, I still have that game for the Gameboy; I pick it up every now and then. Still one of my favorite spinoffs, and collecting cards was never really a problem in that game. It was pretty fast paced, unlike this Online game, allowing you to pretty much get all the cards you needed within a day or two's worth of play.

Hey, do you know if you can even customize the decks for TCGO yet? I love blazing through the single player trainers with my team of Ninetails/Typhlosions/Flareons/Arcanines/Raticates/Magmortars, but I would love to make something more... unique. I mean like, what's the point of selling expansion packs and whatever if you can't even add the cards to your deck?

Is that... an electric deck? How'd you get it? All I got were the basic Fire/Water/Grass decks.
Hey bros and assorted other people.
I need a bit of help, dunno if yall can help. I need a female cranidos/rampardos with the dream world ability (sheer force)
None of you probably have it, but I desperately need one, there's a pokemon tournament in 3 days near wehre I live and I need to start breeding like 5 days ago.
Hey guys, there's some Porygon madness going on over at the GL.
I dunno, maybe it's the anniversary of that episode that gave all those little Japanese kids seizures.
But yeah, mad Porygonz yo.
Also, I'm gonna get in on that TCG Online thing, looks like fun.
